I had no clue that it was against the rules
Saying that you wanted to die over and over, whilst saying you hate Noobmas and the drop parties. That's not the type of thing people, nor the younger children of Noobstown want to see. Everyone else is enjoying the Christmas spirit and you decide to come up with things like that?

So do we blame the user or the service? I'd lean towards user.
I agree, unless important information such as restriction notices like mentioned above weren't provided.

Why didn't you stop after your third ban? The staff obviously thought you were trustworthy for another chance, but then you still broke the rules even more

I totally agree with you, but there's server owners who put an age restriction (Or atleast a rating such as 14+) on there servers that allow you to swear, or act mean. I'm referring to servers such as role-play servers that allow you to play in-character .
But some kids lie about their age so they can get onto servers.
Then it's there parents responsibility to keep an eye on their child and to be aware of what games they're playing and what environment they've put themselves in to.

From what I've noticed Mods have actually forwarded posts to admins when nesscary. :L
Yep, maybe they have, but there's still a bunch of ideas unanswered which is what Nitron was aiming this at

Hello Blethhan . As you can see I'm Jayjay36, welcome to Noobstown! I'd suggest starting with searching and checking the different towns, easiest way to do this is to check in chat for which towns are accepting new members, remember to check a few before deciding which to stick with. Towns are protected from griefers and usually filled with a friendly bunch of players . If you'd prefer to build alone, you can find someone in the wild (unprotected land) that suits your liking. If you need any help, just ask in chat because everyone likes to help out around here, if staff are online then that's even better because they have more abilities . If you need anymore help, feel free to contact me via PM on this forum or contact me in-game if you see me!

This is definitely on Animal Planet..right? I really loved Shark week, but since I don't have cable anymore, I've simply ditched the entertainment of TV and moved onto youtube.
Your a few months late on this topic xD lol.

The youtube staff probably just decided to make themselves look like jerks to over 20 million people.
They'd never do this, even if they were jerks, it would definitely be some sort of copyright claims.

Nitron wasn't meaning to offend the Admins in anyway, his point/idea was to come up with some sort of "Forum Community Manager" to assist with certain parts of the forum such as the "Suggestions and Ideas" section (I assume since he mention unanswered ideas ). I think this is quite a good idea, maybe another forum title (or not :S) like "Forum Assistant" or just "Assistant" that forwards posts to the Admins that has received positive feedback from the public?! For an example... If I were to make a post suggesting a plugin or a tool in which a VIP can use, if it was to get a good response from the community, it would be passed on to the admins from an Assistant, meaning the Admins wouldn't need to look over the suggestions regularly with all the work they do .

I still don't like the idea of a large rail-road or an underground tunnel reaching from multiple towns, It means taking up more of the wild... If this does get put in to place, I suggest making towns purchase each plot the railroad crosses over.

I still believe it's better setting a time because there is still people who could've maybe be on at the right time, but unluckily wasn't because of the timing being random, meaning people with jobs, plus the people who could've been there that didn't come on, might miss it.
I don't really mind though so I'm not meaning to make a discussion xD.

I would more say that people go to VIP's, Veteran's, Moderator's for stuff like that, most of them are loyal, active and helpful so why add another rank when we already got 3 ranks that kinda does what the rank that would be added does? :-3
The VIP rank is commonly known as a donator rank on a lot of servers, even noobs could guess what it's for because you use VIP for a lot of things, not just minecraft. So that wouldn't be looked up to as much as a Loyalty rank because that player would've gained the rank for being.. y'know, Loyal to the server . And Veteran, that just means we've been here a while: A person who has had long experience in a particular field. [EDIT]: "most of them are loyal, active and helpful so why add another rank when we already got 3 ranks that kinda does what the rank that would be added does? :-3" - When someone new joins the server they don't know anybody so this really wouldn't be the case. I've been on a few servers where VIPs or other ranks have been quite offensive in some ways.
