I wouldn't say it was "copying" issues, I'd preferably use misunderstanding or jealousy :S. They made a profit from a song that branched out from something that wasn't theirs. Maybe I'm wrong and it was one of the sounds/beats they used for areas of the song were copyrighted and whomever put them there didn't know that.
Kinda reminds me of the issue a while back where one of the large custom maps he was helping with had in-game sounds that were copyrighted and it screwed him over a little and he had to make an apology video for it because people would be making play-throughs and stuff without knowing the sounds within the game could get them in trouble.

Server part of minecraft make me cry (((, a lot of cool things are disabled such as pistons villagers item frames and more. And fixing that things take too long time and i loosing hope to see this things work on server. The server part of minecraft a most important part of all minecraft communuty, why fixing that bugs take a lot of time, days months is so hard to fix or so ? not enough money not enough coders or what ? I dont understand. I played on server with a half of game a i affraid new patches like never before, new cool thigs come to game and most of them will be disabled because of guaranteed bugs (((( This is a most weak part of game. Very very sadly!
I know exactly how you feel  , but it's for a good reason, Foob and the other Admins wouldn't disable things without a good explanation so stick with 'em. The pistons have possible dupe bugs and the items frames aren't protected (I think).

A Loyalty rank would be the type of rank that shows trusted players who could be beneficial to the community. It would be somebody that someone looks up to for help or even just advice, for example getting noobs started. I like the idea of it, but I don't think another rank will be added for a while if at all.

I'd suggest going with whatever town you prefer, maybe check a few before choosing where you want to live for sure . For mining materials, use the /spawn command, turn left and go straight ahead. A sign should be there with words similar to "World Travel". You'll find the Mining World portal in there  .

Technically no, golden apples regenerate your health when your still alive xD, jumping off something huge would kill you instantly as you hit the ground so the golden apple wouldn't be very helpful.. haha!

Once you pick your favored size, copy the link that says "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards". Come on here and paste it in Profile > Forum Profile and it's the box titled "Signature", obviously . But even if you had the permission and did plot clear, you would be griefing that persons plot, also as you mentioned all the items from the chests would fall out, then you are taking other players items without their permission, that is stealing.
In Glasgow, we kick the innactive members and then remove there houses with tools and then place those items used to build their house in to a "Lost and found" type of storage that Buckie set up, is this an alright thing to do? :S. If not then what's the best way to clear innactive plots?
