I was listening to my play-list of rock/metal and all the such and one of my favorite songs have lyrics like "My soul isn't for sale" "I'm not hollywood" etc... Lol, I'm too engrossed with all the conspiracy stuff in that video T.T. I can't listen to a song without somehow finding a way to link them together

Another song by the same band has the words like "Never take my soul" "They tried to take my soul away" "They never thought that I'd last this long and...".

I cant figure out how to install mods on minecraft. i dont know how can someone explain what i need to do?

You should have put this in the "Support" or "Other" section because it isn't a suggestion/idea . Your best bet is to use youtube for things like mod installations because explaining it through text isn't always the best, seeing how to do it through a tutorial is much more efficient.

We used to have log-block and the wooden pick for checking who destroyed certain blocks, I think it was specificly removed so the staff can do a thurough examination of the area to make sure there isn't any evidence being missed.

Allowing people to use /pl doesn't make NoobsCraft unique 'cause then people can use/copy the same plugins, this might not be the case, but possibly why it was removed.. I might be making too many accusations, but this is just my view on each of your suggestions

STEP 1
I want you to take a look around town(/town spawn Glasgow) and I want you to look at it carefully, I want to know what you would do to improve the town and what you would like to do as a TA.

To begin with I wouldn't physically use my own ideas to improve the town, I'd like to be a TA for whenever you need assistance, I'd be there within five minutes (Time taking to get my gear). I'd help with new players, clearing land, building plots or even building town buildings if need be, I'm not the best builder in the world, nor would I say I was the worst.

STEP 2
Tell me about yourself, have you had any past experience with towns or TA work?

Yes, I've been a mayor of four-ish towns. First town was Balcombe, it was a medieval town made by myself in v4, but it ended due to losing motivation when multiple residents left to other towns for a variety of reasons. Second town was the first MapleForge, made at the very end of v4, that ended for obvious reasons, we upgraded to v5. The third town I made (Beginning of v5) was also named MapleForge, I became distracted by things that didn't occur in minecraft and I lost my co-owner/head TA from computer problems. I wasn't being as dedicated as I should have been, I handed the town over to another member named Silver_Gunsmith and he left it to die from low funds in the town bank. Big mistake on my behalf... The third town I purchased was the current MapleForge which is now owned by my cousin, DjDazzy2011. The reason I 'gave up' on that town was because of my inactivity again, not being online enough to help new players, I didn't have any TAs that understood how Towny works and how you need to build plots on chunks etc so all the pressure was on me.

STEP 3:
How are with people in a group, do you prefare to be lead or to be the leader?

I feel I done good as a leader for MapleForge, but I'm sure people would see me as a slacker for having so many corrupted towns. I'd say being lead would fit me better than leading.

How did you get in there anyway? xD. The trapdoor was closed everytime I went there, but I seen it when he was mid-building it and after, that's 'cause I used Vet commands.
