First off all it is enough moderators on this server and second people do have a life you cant ask for mods to be on 24/7 Cause as is said mods also got a life and need to do something else then sit on their chair playing minecraft all day :L Also it do not has to be moderators on when something happens you can try to fix it yourself
We've had a couple of new Moderators chosen after this topic, but only now you want more? Weird, don't you think?

I don't sleep until around 2am on school nights and sometimes never on weekends. I was probably at school or doing something else.
I'm sure we need an Australian moderator more than any other because we have Joe, James, Geo and Matt who live in Britain.

Well I'm from Scotland, which of course is the same timezone as England and I see Aj and Lickster on a lot. Geoboy66 has also come on-line a lot more lately, he stays on until later times which can be very beneficial. I think It's more Australian timezones that need staff. We also have an applicant and that is Masterbc.

He has said that as well a couple of times IG :p
He hasn't said it at all on this topic. Maybe he didn't demand for the money but Miner has a good point. Surely you get more satisfaction off getting the money yourself? It makes you feel proud of yourself for earning to money yourself.
We weren't speaking about how it feels to gain it yourself, we were speaking about demanding, but you're right, it is better gaining it yourself.

Come on all of you, please help me out here, I need donations.
If you want to buy a town you cant demand donations you must work for the money
He didn't demand, he said "please help me out here". Demanding would be similar to saying "give me a donation".

Something similar was happening to Leo9101, but in his situation he didn't die, he was just stuck in blocks. I went on his account for him (before the rule) and it automatically logged him in normally and then he was unstuck.

That's the whole point, they don't know anything, they could think griefing is only being rude to people. When I'm on a new server I travel until I'm nearly dead from hunger, I get to the closest tree and start crafting. I'd climb over a fence and destroy a tree if I needed to or dig in to the ground a little bit and wait until it's mid-day.
I doubt new comers would bother reading the rules because they want to get right in and join the community, I'm pretty sure you don't read 'all' the rules on 'every' server you've visited, nor even attempt to read the "terms of service" on every product you've bought or downloaded.
I think this topic should be locked because it's turning in to a needless discussion.

Not trying to make a discussion or anything, but that's why we have staff living in different timezones. The server could be 24/7 if all of the Moderators/Admins discussed when they would be online for others to come off to "have a life".

Well "sorry" does not make up for my lost netherwarts. Or all the work I put into making that farm.
Fatnoob couldn't really do anything else except from keep the nether closed, that would still include you losing all your items either way. I'm sure I have a little over a stack of netherwart, I'll give you 32 pieces to get started again, alright?

I would have to agree with danniel, if you placed fence around an area, why would you place fence around items that are okay to be taken? It is considered griefing if you destroy another player's items, it sounds like to me if someone placed fence around items, they do not want those items taken.
You're totally right, but you also need to take in to mind that this server attracts a lot of new people, not only to the server, but new to Minecraft. I have a guy in my town that's literally only 3 days old in Minecraft terms. If it was a common player of Noobstown that trespassed then I'd totally agree with you, but not in this situation. When you first joined Minecraft, didn't you want to explore everywhere?

Yo mamma jokes so old and over used, Just like yo mamma.
It is the ultimate yo mamma joke. I do it everytime!
But then aren't you just reflecting it at yourself? You make fun of "yo mama" jokes by saying a "yo mama" joke, lol.
