By the way, so far I've only managed to find the mining world and there doesn't seem to be any monsters in it... Am I just not looking hard enough or are the only mobs in the Nether?
There are most defiantly mobs in the nether, and I think your safe from them in the mining world. Besides that, welcome to noobstown and multiplayer!

Zee, what he means by this is that people have bought a plot but just leave it blank, they don't build anything un it. I think we might need to create some sort of rule about leaving blank plots, because I think a lot of them do not ever come back on the server.

As the citezen of city netherfrost I can't pay attention to one problem, namely many incomplete buildings. On a screenshot I haven'ted users at which unfinished buildings

I certainly understand that it is impossible to force to complete people the buildings. Especially as I believe many any more don't play on it the server. But for those who plays, for example it is possible to help with resources or simply to complete a roof or buildings for them. Maybe need to add new rule about finishing buildings.
I like our city and I would like that it became better. Further I have resulted some offers on improvement and a city accomplishment:
17 Here it is possible to build city park with benches lanterns and fountains. Should look well with a Lick statue.

The one I have just pings that they are near, So i know they are there, but not where they are exactly. There was two versions, one that shows the mobs very visibly on screen, the other one is more of a ping radar that just tells you mobs are close and how close they are with a higher pitch tone. Kinda like a submarine radar.
But if I am not allowed to use it I guess i will turn it off.

If a mod could let me know if a mob radar mod is allowed, that would be great. It would probably make me get blown up a lot less and lose all my stuff.
I want to say no, because this will put you at an advantage of other players (because other players would not know where mobs are but you would). I am not very smart when it comes to mods, but I am guessing a mob radar mod allows you to see mobs? If this is true, I would say no, it is not allowed.

Lava was removed because of griefers pouring buckets on a players to kill them. I will look into re-enabling fire as its not as dangerous but with spread turned off.
Licksterboy: Sorry it says edited by Lick, I meant to hit quote...
I just realized that fire is not so bad of a thing as long as you keep the fire spread off, except it can be used to kill people and wouldn't people be able to light their own nether portals? Unless of course there is a way to cut a lighting of a nether portal off too.

I am going to build tower of Barad Dur (Sauron's tower) and to do the eye part would require lava. Can a mod do that part for me when the time comes? Actually I might use netherrack and fire also. lol
I think that would be fine, except mods are not allowed to use lava, I would ask an admin, I think lava will turn into a thing like fire has where you have to ask for it to be used, then a staff member will decide if it should be used depending on what you want to use it for.

I though it was a donation in return for a cheap plot, I want you away from my town and to stop spreading bad words , I have I time or this and the process of my town, this town process is very slow and long, I have no help , apart from MatsukaAtsushi, I've asked for help many times, yes I was goin to buy my town this week, but I can't now, I have to keep working on the amount of nbz I have now , I don't want anything to happen to any of us, can we stay out of eachothers way and he on with the sever

When I invested (and it wasn't a donation, as I was fully expecting a return - and this was agreed on) you told me the town would be started on the weekend. This didn't happen. I asked about it over the weekend and all I got as a reply was something to the sum of "we need orange wool first". Nothing else, most of my inquiries were met with silence. Orange wool seems like the least relevant thing to actually starting a town as it applied to simply your own private home.
I never black mailed you, I asked nicely many many times. Half of the time I was met with "I'm leaving soon."
"Smashing down my town house"... I'm sorry thats just using inciteful language. After a long time of getting no where talking I showed up the 'town site'. My strong arm tactic was to remove eight ( blocks from the front face of the only noticeable structure. Which I did replace very promptly. That's hardly 'smashing down my house'. After this I also placed a protected sign with the text "inconvenient sign".
So, please. Show respect to me as well.
I should state though, that after posting the message (removed by Licksterboy and recieved a warning for). SammoBammo did oblige my request to return my investment (20k nbz). The protected sign in the doorway removed at that point.
My good faith sentiments aren't yet restored, but this issue is resolved and we can all get on with our minecrafting.

I do not want to sound like I am calling you out bad_greman, but now that I have heard two different stories, I am afraid this issue has become more in depth.
Thank you Licksterboy for taking the time to look into it. Unfortunately I had didn't forsee needing screenshots. If there are server chat logs available, those might clear things up.
Yes, I agree there isn't necessarily a threshold of where an action isn't griefing if it's unwanted by another person.
The 8 blocks were only taken down for the whole duration of about 2 minutes, (in the chat logs this takes places during the first time he says "I'm reporting you", the other instances of him saying he'll report were directed at another player in an unrelated issue.)
If it makes any considerable difference in your opinion, the sign's intent wasn't for longevity of any kind. It was there as a standing reminder that SammoBammo was to return the investment, as near the end of our discourse he kept saying he'd "send me the money tomorrow". Which is entirely a sketchy statement as money transfers aren't something which take time or effort to initiate.
Alright, thanks for clearing this up, I am still going to investigate.

I have removed bad_germans reply, that was not appropriate and not very mature. There is no need to tell the world to not join someone else's town, it is very hard to set up a town, give him some patients. I heard what you said and how you have briefed sammo, there will be repercussions.
