Unfortunately we do not give refunds. On the bright side you can resell them to the global shop or create a chest shop and try to sell the iron back to regain your money.

Yes eskimo, jonny spoke to me about this before he made the topic and I to think its a good idea. To explain more in depth, having NPCs standing somewhere near the spawn that give out tips, something along those lines.

no, it doesn't give me an option to upgrade at all... I just deleted the entire game application and folder on my computer (minus the world saves and texture packs) and then re-downloaded it and it worked so it's better now ^^
If you have downgraded, great! I can help you in the future as I also use a mac. If you need to upgrade, I find this problem on a mac as well, you can force update your minecraft by clicking "options" above the login button, this is the way to do it on the downloaded version. You think press "force update".

Will these luxuries last for eternity? If so, woohooties! If not, gotta party hard. Spleen, mob arena, boats, other stuff... I think these should stay for eternity.
I do know the mob arena will stay, I believe eventually spleef will become automated, and you can boat race on your own. I do not know about the race assault course, that may only be temporary.

These may be the top 10 towns in your eyes, but I suggest using a very simple command to get an official list of every town created. This command like Omega said is /town list. As for town rankings, there is no list of "best" towns, but there are lists of the top towns in population and wealth which Omeha also pointed out.

Yea, what Lickster said, basically anything but X-Ray Texture packs.
Thats exactly right, thanks for posting this topic too cyerye, I looked at the texture pack and now use it myself.

Yes, as long as you are using something added to your minecraft that does not give you any advantage over other players, then it is alright. Better that you asked though to make sure it was alright than risk the chance of it being not.

Not a bad suggestion, but personally, having a huge glass border would not look very nice, blocking the clean untouched land. It would also be placing a border on top of a border basically.

There is a town/nation section of the forum, many mayors/town assistants create topics about their town explaining what their town has to offer. You should take a look, http://www.noobscraft.com/towns-nations/. Unfortunately there is no official list of all towns on the forum, but you can type /town list while online to see every official town.

The fact that the server is down now, is that just a short downtime, or will it be down until it has been upgraded to 1.3?
That was some unexpected downtime, it had nothing to do with the 1.3 update. The server is back online now.

Lil you keep building that town, don't listen to players who are being rude. You tell me if someone is hurting your feelings again, we do not accept that kind of behavior on this server and I will make sure it stops. Personally, you run a very nice town.

I am a fan of the huger games and agree completely with this idea. I am not making any promises, but the staff is thinking of a cool way to implent something like this into the server. It will probably have to wait until after all of the summer events are added into the events world. Keep an eye for an announcement.
