But some town require you to get permission from the Mayor (if your not one) to change your ranks.... Please ask before changing your rank(if you can change it).. I learnt the hard way.
yes. this is something good to make a note of. Always check with your mayor before you do ANYTHING in your town.

I've found a way around the selling bug. I'm the mayor of Windermere and I made myself sub-mayor as well. I'm able to put plots up for sale that way. If you're a sub-mayor, make yourself an assistant or have the mayor make you an assistant. Just something to play around with. Definitely helps while the bug is being sorted.
How do I do that, what are the commands for the towny, I was never really told those lol and What if someone wants to buy my houses and they are not part of the town, Embassy? how do I make it one of those too?

Since I guess my house by the beach in Ethereal has become so liked... and more then one person has became interested in it, I have no other options but to auction it off now... Highest bid is 140k.. please get ahold of me on here to place your bid, as soon as the towny update is loaded they will be sold to the highest bidder

I agree with Biggiebill, That texture pack that he linked is really cool, it very smooth, yet subtle. I think that is has room for improvement, but as it is, Its a great pack
