Even if they were to be sold at like 16 cocoa beans for 8nbz. It wouldn't have to be a high amount. Just a way to sell cocoa beans. You can't really automate them either..

For another way to earn money..?

It gives people more options to choose from instead of "The only thing you can do to earn money is to mine cobblestone and chop trees. Sorry Mate."

Rarely anyone ever buys cocoa beans, at least from my knowledge. Nor do I see why people would need to sell people cocoa beans because once you have one cocoa bean you can make a huge farm of them. So yeah I think cocoa beans should be added to the /shop even if it is at a very smell price per.

I can see there is some serious debate and concerns here.  Let me try and explain this the way I see it.

The biggest concern everyone seems to express is that this will hurt the player to player economy.  I'm not sure how you see this as a threat, seeing that noobz can only be spent in three major ways.  Purchasing towny plots, towns, nations.  purchasing wild chunks (note we have a donation option for this already). And buying items from players, as there is no in game server shop to purchase items.

Where do you think the currency that is purchased will go?  They are unable to purchase items that would cause serious advantages over other players, the only thing it eliminates is a few hours of server time on their part of grind and farming.  If a person chooses to earn noobs this way, and in the process, keep the server running by donations, is that really such a bad thing?  Keep in mind, those noobs that are purchased will either leave the economy all together through towny / chunky, or will be cycled in to other players selling items, thereby increasing the amount of player to player transactions.

I encourage everyone to express their opinions and suggestions on this, but please be sure to keep it respectful and offer as much evidence and fact you can to support your opinion.

Why would you like to be a prefect/chatmod: Over the past 4 years, Noobscraft has provided a great experience for me and I would like a chance to help provide that same great experience for others. Ever since the start of V6 I have been very active on the teamspeak community and made some great new friends on there. For a long time Noobscraft has been a retreat from a very intense and stressful education. Now that I have been accepted to college under a full scholarship, I have a lot more free time to play and continue my town that I started a year ago. I have had many years of experience on this server, probably more then almost every other active person on here. My years of experience with this server and its commands have made me very knowledgeable with both the wild and towny side of the server. Being an Architect/Builder for the server has allowed me to to give back to the server, but I would like to give back more and keep the community a safe and friendly environment.

InventryTweaks was also banned in V5, it was seen as automation.
