Noobstown General / Im coming back

Hey guys, i know ive been inactive alot lately, but its some problems that have come up irl.
As soon as the server is stable with 1.6 I will come back and be alot more active as i will start my town (Abraxas Peninsula)

For anyone who has not seen this town's topic. Take a look here. I will be accepting anyone who does the format.

Suggestions & Ideas / Op Application Regulations

Ive noticed that Loads of people apply for op (me included :P). And I noticed nearly everyone who plays the server applys, even the newcomers (not that theres anything wrong with it). But personally I think there should be some sort of Requirments/Regulations on applying such as:

You need to have been on the server a certain amount of days/weeks
or
You need to know your way around the towns and be social with people.

Just a thought.

Even though all towns are gone, Im quite happy theres a new map coming.
There will be less lagg, More ores to find, Better places to explore and more :D

I know theres alot of problems with plugins and stuff right now, but It would be nice for Noobstown's carnival to be fixed as people will go there alot.

I think the forum should have a changelog on it so we could see whats getting updated and things.
This would also tell us what plugins are outdated/updated.

This was a game that was on (an old rp server on a different game) a forums that i used to be on alot.

The game is a story kind of thing that is continued by other players.
You have Three words in each line. And cannot double post.

Example:
Person 1: There once was...
Person 2: A man named
Person 3: Alfred and he..

And so on.

I have a few and mines has got to be Tenacious D

For anyone who doesnt know, Its about two guys, Jabel and Cage. Jabel is played by Jack Black.
They are a band that seems to fail alot but when they hear of the Pick of Destiny, They try to get it. Making them face more challenges and such along the way.
