As I got quite a lot of money, and have no idea what I can spend it on, I have decided to make a question competition, off course some people will probably know more of these questions, cause they have played longer/known me longer, but I will get to that as I explain the competition, and how it is gone work. So the way I will run it is that I will put down 15 questions, 10 questions surrounding me, and 5 questions surrounding the server, but I will try my best to not make it to hard, now for the way the awarding will work. You don't have to have all questions right, all you need to do is be the one with the most questions right, this way it makes it a bit more easy, and maybe a bit more fair for everyone, but remember, you will still have to answer every single question, even if you know for sure that your answer wont be right, you will still have to put something there. The competition will run till 18.04.2013, or in about 1 week of me making this post (Next Thursday), you are allowed to edit your post at any time, if you figure out more answers after you made your first reply.
NOTE: If I don't get enough entries , I will simply cancel the competition, and no award will be given.Now, lets put down the questions, send them to me on a message, easier to stop people from cheating their answers, by reading others replies, also try and make it look good so it is easier for me to read them. Questions surrounding me:1) What was the first town I lived in on the server? (Hint: The town is still alive) 2) What was the first skill I decided to train/grind? 3) What is the current skill I am training/grinding the most? 4) Where do I work? (Note: My real job) 5) What month of 2012 did I purchase my first month of VIP? 6) What is my favorite reptile animal? (Hint: I say it on the server all the time) 7) Who did I meet from the Mojang Team when I was in Sweden a while back? 8) What was the name of my town, before it was named Flintwood? (Hint: Skyrim) 9) What is my favorite thing to do in the Summer? 10) What animals do my family/me own? (Hint: 5 Total, 3 Different Animals)
Server related questions:1) Who is the player that has been moderator for the longest, that is still playing on the server? 2) What is a Veteran? (Hint: Old one, not the new one coming in V6) 3) How many moderators and admins does the server currently have in total? 4) What is the biggest town on the server (Hint: Not in total residents, but in total plot size) 5) What town that has a dragon related team?

If you want to keep your Mctop placement, work to keep it... I lost the Mctop #1 spot a few months back, worked my way back to the list, and got pushed back down, I really do not care, and neither should you.
It is a game, play the game, stop caring if someone gets in front of you, that is the fun of the game.
I know most people wouldn't like the 2x Mcmmo exp, but I am sure the majority that do want it aren't even on the forum, cause they are the new players that want to get up in level a bit quicker, to earn more tokens for V6.

Yes you did see someone buy VIP yesterday, cause when you actually got VIP days left, you can still buy more, it is just when you have either ran out, or never bought any at all. This is how it looks for me, cause I still got 49 days of VIP left...  You could always ask Lawrence to make purchasing VIP for none already VIP's possible again..?

As a guy who got almost 4 million, it really isn't a big deal people.. :p It actually gets more boring when you got lots of noobz, cause everything is so easy.
But if I had to waste 1 million noobz on something, I would probably build the statue of liberty out of gold blocks :3

This is what I been trying to say, we already got Moderators that deal with the major stuff, and if a guest needs any help with anything less major it will most likely go to a member for help, the tutor would just be a normal member with a fancy rank and a colored name, it wouldn't even have any commands or anything probably.
So again, slightly pointless in my eyes.

Added a Dye Shop at Lighthouse Mall. All dyes except Brown, Gray, Light Gray, and Black. Prices from 0.5 Nb (White) to 3 Nbz (Reds) each, in batches of 128. I'll try to keep it in stock.

So having a group of people dedicated to giving people advise when needed and answering questions is pointless ok! it works very well on other servers and helps guests settle in and feel welcome knowing there is someone there to help! You really don't understand do you? On this server, what a Tutor does is done by the Moderators, Moderators do most of the helping out players side, and the Admins make sure everything runs smoothly, You might have been on a server where this "Tutor" rank was a thing, but it will surely never be a thing on Noobscraft, if a guest need help he/she can ask a normal Member, he/she would probably get the same or even better answer's. And also, I never said helping members is pointless, I said your rank idea is pointless, cause it does the exact same as a moderator does, just with a different rank, and a different colored name, so again... This. Would. Be. POINTLESS.

Also, the chat bubbles mod isn't a plugin, it is a mod for the Voxel modpack filled with lots of random mods, so what I mean with this is that you can't have a player see the chat bubble without having the mod installed.
You can off course install the mod yourself, that way you see the chat bubbles, but nobody else does.

No... a moderator is their to moderate the server, being sure people follow the rules, helping others if they need it.
A mod is not a person to help out a Admin, where did you get that from? They can help out, but that is not in any way their main job.
Also you stated that a tutor would:
- Help members
- Keep chat rules enforced
This is EXACTLY what the moderator does, again, this rank would be pointless, and will probably never be implemented, because as I already said, it is extremely pointless.

Tutor = Moderator... I don't see why we gone add another rank, that will do the exact same as a moderator, just with a different rank.
The whole point of Moderator is to help people out when they need your help, so this rank would be extremely pointless.

I'm a bit shocked to learn that v6 veterans won't have the same benefits as the v5 veterans. It is a bit deceiving to label both as "veterans".
Lawrence said something about this in a different topic, that they might rename the V5 Veteran Rank to something else, if I could find the reply I would quote it, but I can't find it :L And no Cabby Veteran V6 is permanent, at least after what I have heard.

Well, in V6 the current Veteran's will still have their commands etc, the new Veteran rank wont have does commands, as they are donator only, so they will still be very different.

Many people on the server think that the new form of Veteran, that will be awarded to a set amount of people, that have landed on different top lists, or buy it for tokens, will be the same as the current Veteran, the answer is no, and in this topic I will try my best, as much as I know, to explain the difference.
Veteran V5 [Current Form Of Veteran]
This form of Veteran rank was awarded back in the start of V5, to does that at the time, were VIP's, the reason for this was cause back then VIP were lifetime, and when the VIP was remade in to monthly subscription, the admins made a new rank, also known as Veteran, this way does that paid for it to be lifetime kept their rank, and does that joined later would have to pay a monthly fee to keep their VIP rank.
Veteran V6 [The New Form Of Veteran, That Will Be Awarded At The Start Of V6]
The admin team announced a new rank, which is currently just known as "Veteran V6", this form of Veteran is going to be awarded to those that either...
- Top #10 of any Skill will earn Veteran (Axes, Taming, Fishing, Acrobatics, Repairing, Mining, Excavation, Swords, Bows, Woodcutting, Unarmed and Herbalism)
- Top #10 Overall Power Level
- Prize for Events and Competitions
- Top #100 Most Active (Not based entirely on online time)
- Earn 20,000 Tokens? Well you'll be able to buy Veteran
- You can also win random events/competitions in order to get Veteran
The two ranks are very different, and not in any way similar.
If I gotten anything wrong in this topic, or missed something, a Admin is more then welcome to correct me or add something, just making this topic to hopefully get people to understand the difference.

Sure it's easy to get back onto the server but it is rather annoying. You can't even go to the bathroom without having to worry about being booted. It's just a little ridiculous, it's not about how easy it is to get BACK on the server, it's the idea behind it.
Again, it takes you 3 seconds to get back on the server if you been booted :p It isn't a big deal, and I am pretty sure it wont change just cause a few people complain about it.
