Hello all,
Today I speak on behalf of Burai_Kitsune and myself.
An idea emerged when we began discussing relations to other players on the server (due to the fact that we are foxes and non-unicorns, but let's not go there).
Anyway, we are creating a family!
You can apply for any of the listed positions here, on this thread!
I will update the list of filled positions when necessary. Separation of the list occurs to show smaller groups within the family.
Events, family meetings, and private drop parties may occur if this becomes popular!
Note: Even though the positions of wife/husband are not listed, you can still apply for these!

Welcome Blethhan! Don't worry about annoying people, most of us love answering questions! I've been here for about 5 months and I'm still throwing stupid questions here and there with every update! The moderators and admins are extremely kind, they never hesitate to help. Not even if you have a reputation of being a little mental... If you ever need help/advice, ask for Minkzy or Mikayla, and I will gladly guide you! I'd be happy to call you a friend. Call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me  Yes, that was cheesy... I know.

I've been thinking about this for a long time, I just don't understand why someone would do such a thing.
The teachers were amazingly brave... what some of them did to save the children was inspiring.
I've been playing scenarios in my mind, trying to figure out what I would have done in that situation. I don't know why. I've just always wanted to be a savior.

You should not be angry at Fatnoob for increasing the price of buying 500 noobz. See Minkz' (slightly opinionated) advice below:1) Re-read Waterworth's post 2) Be grateful, you're lucky Fatnoob and the admin team have even offered the option of using points to buy noobz in-game. If you are in desperate need of creating a town, I'm sure you'd go to great lengths to earn the money you need, right? By great lengths, I mean spending a mere 200 extra points. You'd be helping fund the server too! 3) I understand you may not have the time (see point 5), but the much cheaper option is to mine/farm in-game. You earn experience, level up in MCMMO, and earn money, while learning more about Minecraft and making friends! Personally, I believe that you are cutting corners by using your own money to buy noobz... 3) You could easily vote here ( www.planetminecraft.com/server/noobstown-rpg-towns-economy-skills-quests-369151/vote/ ) for an immediate 500 noobz, but be sure you are on the server while you vote. 4) Ask for help! Most players spend huge amounts of time and resources to earn money, which is why Noobstown is home to so many experienced players! I'm sure they'd happily help if you needed mining advice, or maybe the loan of an enchanted pick every now and then  5) I wouldn't suggest opening a town if you are only able to play 30 minutes-1 hour a day... If you cannot spend the time to earn money in-game, you will not have the time to open, expand, and build a town, and that is not Fatnoob's problem!

Hello friends... Today I have discovered that due to my family going over the data limit, my internet will be too slow for me to play Minecraft, talk on TeamSpeak & Skype, and even possibly access the forums on some occasions, until January. My mother refuses to pay an extra $10 to buy unlimited internet access, even after I have offered to pay. I know two weeks is a short period of time, but... I will no longer be able to attend the party, give out my Noobmas presents, participate in "Snowball" and Father Noobmas drop parties, communicate, and I will have wasted 13 days of my VIP access  Sorry to all of you who will miss out on my Noobmas presents, but I will be sure these are ready in January. I am also sorry to those who attempt to buy from my shop, I may be out of stock for a while. Yes, I know my problems are nothing compared to the problems of others, but I thought I'd let y'all know rather than leave without notice. My mum is possibly banning me from Minecraft and/or ultimately the internet, so this might be the last you hear of me until I move into university in two years. YAY, SO DRAMATIC! Stuff like this bothers me, you are asking for donations to build your town, which is fair enough, but its when people practically beg for donations by offering ridiculous rewards for donating. Stuff like that makes me feel as if the person is not doing enough to attempt to set up their town as they are practically relying on people to donate to them.

How often are you online:
During school holidays and weekends, I commonly play between 10:00am-10:00pm, 7 days a week (unless I have an event to attend).
During the school year, which begins in February 2013, I will only be able to play between 5:00pm-10:00pm on weekdays.
Why you want this role:
I would like to become a moderator because I love to help & guide other Noobstown members, discipline those who disobey the server/town rules, and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to become a recognised leader within the community.
I often find I am online when moderators/admins find it difficult to play due to different time-zones. I believe I would be a great addition to the staff because I could monitor activity during this period when other moderators/admins cannot play.
I am strongly against players disobeying the server rules, and would like to make sure these players are punished, especially during times when their acts often go unnoticed due to the unavailability of moderators.
I am always determined to step into a role of leadership, which is why I have always wished to become a moderator. I understand that, with this role, comes great responsibility.
Skills & values I can bring to the community:
I am actively involved in-game, on forums, and on the TeamSpeak server, which has taught me to co-operate, empathise, and communicate. I understand how to react to other players in certain situations and can play well in a large community.
I balance my maturity with humour to ensure I act friendly towards other players, which is a reason I have many friends on the server.
I am able to learn speedily, and can familiarise myself with many commands within a matter of a day. I understand that moderators must use their powers responsibly and sensibly.
Overall, I would simply like to contribute my friendliness, discipline, and co-operation to Noobstown and create a friendly, safe environment for other players.
Past experience:
I have not played many servers, although I have been playing Minecraft for approximately a year and a half. Therefore, I am very experienced with the game.
I have hosted a temporary server for a small group of school friends in the past.
I have never applied for moderator prior to this application, nor have I been an admin for a large community such as Noobstown.
I have been a Town Assistant in Oakvale (and two other towns on different servers), but currently reside in DragonFire.
I am a “guard” of a range of servers on a different multiplayer game, which I monitor frequently.
Time-zone:
GMT/UTC +13 (New Zealand Daylight Time)
Other information:
I really love playing Minecraft. I am currently a VIP on Noobstown!
Unlike others, I balance my Minecraft life with reality and spend a lot of my time playing sports, socializing, working, and helping my family.

Hello all! Mikayla here. Thought I'd tell you all, I have purchased a shop at the Market Place! I will be selling natural blocks, food, ores, precious items, potion ingredients, enchanted items, tools, and potions. I have purchased the eighth plot along the front row to the left of the Market Place, at the co-ordinate location of (-136, 195) I am currently stocking chests, but will be open for business soon!
