ACTIVITY: I would estimate 4 hours a day

WHY?: I'd like to help out, as a parent I understand the importance for a safe playing environment, as well as guidance and support.

EXPERIENCE: While I have no Moderation experience, aside from training myself around my daughter, through my work as a plumber/heating tech I do alot of work with the public, co-workers, and even other tradesmen.
 
OTHER: As I stated in my previous application, You guys are doing an awesome job and I love playing on this server.

It wouldn't have to be /back, it could be something unique to voting. maybe a beacon boost/double XP (vinalla or mcmmo) for a set time after voting. It also wouldn't have to last 24 hours for that matter. There's lots of options and I feel it would bring up incentive to vote.

I'd like to suggest changing the reward for voting in V6.  While 500 noobs is great for someone starting out it's hardly incentive for someone who has 100k+ in the bank.  Perhaps a command, /back for example, which is only available for a 24 hour period after voting. I feel this would boost voting, as well as add to the game for players that cannot afford to donate.

Why you want this role: I like to be helpful, and I have currently noticed a lack of moderation while I'm online, probably due to the school year ending soon. I have thought about applying for this role for quite some time and decided to finally try for it.
   
Past experience: None to speak of.

Other information:  I really enjoy playing on this server, I think you guys are doing an awesome job and   whether or not I'm considered for this position I look forward to playing in the future.

I've been using Vlads classic Texture pack 2, I can't remember what it was called on Planet Minecraft but that was the file name.  It's very nice to look at.
