Come one, come all, to Smurf's Essentials
A shop created by me, for you!
Situated off the Shores of Noobcraftia in the middle of an Ocean, a great rift in the heart of the world has caused a portion of the underworld to spill out upon the peaceful world that we all know and love. It is a hellish place with not much life, lakes overflowing with lava and bizarre looking plants creeping up through the earth.
A little deranged, A lone survivor lives among the wildlife of this isle and over the years he has cultivated this land
and made it his home, constructing a huge monument in the shape of a castle, making this terrifying place his own.
Along with an extravagant storage room for all his loot, a dedicated enchantment room and makeshift farms, this place has become a completely self sufficient little isle. But all this aside, today is the day....
Today is the day he opens his doors to the public and has carved out a shop for one and all to /visit, and buy or sell their wares.
He boasts the best prices in the land, and if anyone has better, he promises to price match and show you a good deal, just leave him a message and he will get to is ASAP!
He is looking to expand, so if there's any items you'd like to see added, let him know.

Why do I want to be a Prefect?:

I have player Minecraft since early Beta, and have loved the game ever since. I have played on the server however since early/mid V5 and once again enjoyed it and continue to do so. I believe I became VIP after just a short couple of months of playing on the server to show my support and dedication to it.
When the end of V5 rolled around and the server closed off for a while, I along with many other waited patiently for V6 to be revealed. I was a little late to the party on that front because of a whole load of chaos to do with my health and being bed bound for 2 months in hospital. I came out fresh as a daisy and got back on the server and started to work my way up, make new friends, helping and sharing with others my wealth and items and eventually working towards TA in Skyside now. I was also one of the leading members of the Seaside in V5 which was the 'go to' town for everything, including a strip mall type thing that eventually dominated the market, with some controversy.
I've recently become substantially more active in the community, and continue to help new players, provide items and gear to those starting out, advice on commands and how to start up their journey on the server. My familiarity with the plugins, MCMMO especially has helped me. I have a Teamspeak account that I use regularly, and a Skype for communication with other members that I also use daily.
If it wasn't for the members of this community then this server wouldn't exist, and as staff I would give me best to strengthen that community and bring more members and help the existing ones to better themselves whilst all the while keeping the server family friendly and a safe place to be.
I would like to eventually work my way towards becoming a Moderator after gaining some well needed experience as staff.

One of my favourite memorable moments on Noobstown was actually on Teamspeak. A long time ago, in a Galaxy far far away, there was a man named Waterworth.....Etc etc etc cut to the chase. He has a long-lost brother by the name of SmurfStompa who he refused to believe was real, until he came face to face with this man. Basically he acknowledged me as his Long-lost brother, and from then on there has been a special bond. Like a proud father taking his son to football practice...Except there's no son.....no father....and no football!  Oh also when I was promoted to TA or Skyside but that was V5. IGN: SmurfStompa

With the recent introduction of 1.8 and the new overhauled Auction House it has come to my attention that this new in-game Auction will be used quite a lot more frequently than the Web Auction, this is great, HOWEVER, it's come to my attention there's no option to 'bulk sell' anything per say, causing the Auction to get flooded by one type of block.
My suggestion, if possible, is to introduce some form of bulk option, be it a seperate window that you can open from the Auction page, or something which let's you sell multiple stacks of the same item in one go.
For example: I want to sell 20 stacks of the Cobble, but I don't want to flood the Auction with 20 separate slots, and would rather sell them all at one given moment.
There would be an option to post them all as one offer, and when you buy it, you could receive it the same was as a gift in a chest that you place, or something?
This one offer would fill up one slot, would list the buyer, the AMOUNT of the item, the PRICE of the item, and possibly a warning to let any potential buyer know that it's a bulk sale.
Just a thought. Appreciations for your time reading and possibly considering this, and apologies for bad wording, it's late!

I'm glad to hear this is all coming together so quickly, you guys must have been working non-stop for all this to have come around so swiftly! Even if it's not successful this time, it's a huge leap in the right direction and I love it!

This is a relatively simple, and quick suggestion, but amongst a few other items I think should be implemented into the shop such as the useless mob drobs and misc items that you get from McMMO, I think Soul Sand needs to be implemented.
I don't know about anyone else, but I see Soul Sand as the Gravel of the Nether, with the Netherrack being the Dirt/Stone equivalent.
Also, Soul Sand is present in certain custom biomes in the Wild, but as of yet is useless.
I can't imagine it would be too hard to place into the shop, and I for one would like to see it as the same price as Gravel. Just a thought.
