Personally I think the metaphorical scale is unbalanced in terms of our staff team.  I am the only European moderator, while the rest of the moderators including our head moderator are from the USA and surrounding areas.  We are in dire need of a moderator from the Australian timezone as when the American mods go to their beds, there is no one online to help people (Considering I'm from Europe and I go off before the American moderators.)  Our administrators are British but Long_Cat isn't on much and Fatnoob and Itslawrence are usually very busy.  The additional help from Waterworth does help lighten the load of individual strain I recieve from handling the players alone in my Timezone.  So an Australian timezoned moderator would be a good priority.  We used to have an Australian moderator named Ringburn but he left in V3, (Last summer) and we are long past due a new moderator from his timezone.  I fully support this.

This ability could be toggled on and off by town mayors but it be a cool feature to add.

What if you have more than one outpost?

I would first like to state that my goal to begin construction will start exactly a week from today.  (hopefully it won't be postponed, as I will try my hardest to make that deadline).  I don't want to rush though, so I apologize if it takes longer.

I will get a list going as soon as I can of what I will need for everybody.

@cooldude8756 I will need to gain your trust before I will let you work for me.  Background of a person is a big deal when putting power to destroy in your hands, I hope you understand.  Come back with more details and proof and we could possibly work something out.

That would still cause a problem. There will always be times where there is no one online who can do anything about someone causing trouble. Even if you add a few people outside of mods who can use the mute command there will still always be times when they are not on and cannot mute people.

This is what the report section is for. To report people for doing things against the rules. It's usually used when there are no mods on, which is when I post there.

I don't see how it's spam in the slightest. It's members posting their pictures/complaints against other users, which is what it's intended for. Each new thread deals with 1-2 different people that a person has found going against the rules, and mods lock the thread to move on after the problem is dealt with.

If you don't like the section then don't go to it. There's no reason to unless you happen to have something to report or want to check if you've been reported anyway, so it's not like people are demanding you go there.
