I just have to say that you can't keep complaining when you lose residents. It is the residents fault for not having enough money whilst the tax is on. Having a tax is good because it shows who is active within the town and is willing to have money to pay the taxes and be responsible.

With my calculations a spawner and a cow spawning egg should cost you 15250 Noobz (9000 for the spawner and 6250 for the spawning egg). You might need to rethink your prices Miner as if you sold him one then you would be scamming him.
To buy a spawning egg you have to donate real money to the server (by doing this you also get the "Supporter" title in-game ). You can then use Points (which you gain by donating money to the server) to buy one from the Forum Shop.
Press the button that you have selected to open the chat with (to find this out go to: Options>Controls) Then start typing and press enter to send your message. If that doesn't work then maybe you aren't in General chat, to enter General chat you type "/ch g" in the chat bar, without the ".
It has appeared to be rude to me, jack, leo and most likely a lot of other people. It's not a nice thing to read so yes it is rude. If you wanted pictures just ask nicely instead of being so forceful.
Removing a town for your own towns growth is most likely not allowed. They can't move the town elsewhere just because you want it to. If you are so bothered about your towns growth then why not expand in a different direction away from WellSprings? I also had problems with my towns nether portal as it interfered with OakHavens old one, but I fixed it by taking it down. I know that the towns mayor and TAs are inactive so give it some time to die out.
If someone is being unbearable for you then just report it to a member of staff, they'll sort it out. It is hard to adapt plugins that people haven't personally made (I presume).
