Basically my signature texture pack I HAVE to use is Coterie Craft. Coterie craft is the most simplistic texture pack. Basically, every problem with the default texture pack is fixed with this new default texture pack. I've used many other new default texture packs, and none compare to this one. Clear glass, smooth looking wood (planks, cleaner signs, steps, torches, signs, chests, etc), obsidian, cobblestone, tilled dirt, dirt. All of those basically have an overall cleaner look and feel to it, and is easily playable, as I find the high definition packs hard to be practical in my opinion. link here - http://www.minecraftmine.org/coterie-craft-texture-pack/*A POOR EXAMPLE IS ATTACHED TO SHOW YOU (that is the best picture I had lol)

Although they do have rules set, they can TECHNICALLY ban you for whatever reason they want, since they are not under a contract or another person dictating there decisions.
However, I doubt that foob would ban for this, as a lot of people have seen that (why would he put a trapdoor to somewhere that he wants super secret? Haha)

Well I started out on the server new to multiplayer, but had been playing Minecraft since back in the old 1.5 days. Noobstown was the fist MP server I decided to try out after looking around on PlanetMinecraft a good bit, and I've been here ever since. That was back in March.
I got got started when I bumped into Beastified in Noobstown proper, he helped me out, and let me move in with him. I built my first tower out at his old site in the wilderness near Noobstown, and the remnants of it are still floating there, lol
It was in the high grief area though, and kept getting hit, so I wandered out into the wilds for a good bit, until I found the location for my current Tower and mountain complex. I worked on it, and kept to myself for the most part, until I started talking to Fish one day. He showed me Oakvale, and invited me to join the town.
I was kinda apprehensive at first, since I love building BIG, and the 4 plot limit had always been the reason I avoided joining a town, but I decided to give it a try. I built the Oakvale Creeper as a small town-home, and somehow got promoted to Head Builder/TA in town.
I love it there, they let me build massive things to my hearts content, and we have a few projects biting at the bit, so I'm having a blast. That's my story on here so far.
...... and let the story continue and on a side note, you know how you got head builder. Your builds are absolutely wonderful!

Thank you so much, I have loved reading your stories so far. I had no idea about any of this, so it is nice to get another perspective on peoples' stories as they learn on this server, and the amount that some more experienced players on the server have an impact on other, new players. Keep them coming!

Funny and ironic thing about sarcasm over text is that the base of sarcasm comes from your tone of voice, and that is missing over text. Sarcasm over text is probably the worst thing you could do.

I started off in version 2, got banned a little bit ahead/right in the middle to end of V2 for a duplication glitch (lol) Joined back in V4 and here we are
Try to not focus on the negative, what is your STORY. Go into more detail, like how you decided to join Empire and stuff. People love reading that kind of stuff, and you have been here for a while, so I'd like to hear more detail, if you do not mind doing so.

Wow really? I had no idea you helped start the town Empire, and you came back now! Keep going, this is interesting, but I will tell you my story. I came onto this server around August. When I first started, I went out into the wilderness, knowing nothing about towns or nations, as I had never played on a server aside from my own (just one with like 2 friends). Then, I was invited to the town Winterhold. I loved winterhold and was a proud member of it. After only a week, I became a TA in the town and had quickly learned about towny. I started my own farming business on my 2x2 plot, which is where I met leafstorm732, he was one of my best workers. I am very good with that kind of thing, which is how I made the money for the town. Not too soon after, I had some problems with the Winterhold Staff, so I left to go build my own town, like I eventually wanted to. (i am leaving out details so I don't start trouble) Mitch182 and Leafstorm732 founded Oakvale with me, and has been with me from the start. Aside from them, Trader_jorvin has been in my town since the beginning, and has recently became a TA. Now Oakvale has around 450k in the town bank, around a 100 residents, 3 outposts, and a great community! More stories please

6) SCAM & ADVERTISEMENT
We 100% do not accept people advertising their or other servers on our server. It's fine to talk about a server, but not acceptable to send the IP out. Scam is also a no no. Taking people's in-game currency by scamming is against the rules - especially if you're scamming a newbie. You Will be delt with appropriately if caught.
I found this under 'server rules'.
I only post this because I remember seeing that it was okay to talk about a server, just not give out the IP. But It's the Admin's privately owned server, so it ultimately is up to them, and how they interpret rule number 6.
I also am against advertising on this server, and agree with this rule. Thanks,
Fish_james Mayor of Oakvale

This is a post to try to share your in game story and adventure with the rest of the people.
For example, start out with saying something like what your first town was, or if you went out and built in the wild, if you had trouble building then met someone to help you, joined a town and became assistant, then started your own town. Whatever it might be, I would love to hear it:)
BE CREATIVE AND MAKE IT INTERESTING (I would like to get to know some of what everybody has been through on the server).
The ONLY thing I ask besides that is to try to respect other players, or I will lock this topic (we do not want sensitive subjects coming up).

I made the poker table about 5 years ago, when I was a freshmen or sophmore in High School, so I looked a lot different if you were wondering if that was me.
It doesn't show the base of it, but I can show you more of my work if you would like.

Hello there Mikayla, We've already met, obviously, but I thought you might want to know some other things about me. I am 19 years of age, and I live in a town called Branson, Missouri. We do not get earthquakes here really, but it is in tornado valley, so we get hit with tornadoes all of the time. Some of my favorite things to do in life are hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, repelling and zip-lining. The best part is that I live in the mountains, so all of these things I can do very close to home! As well, I live right on the lake, so I swim, ski, and wakeboard a lot too. My passion is woodworking, as I can let my creative senses flow and I have been doing woodwork projects for around 7 years now. I have made a poker table made of solid wood, all hand crafted (my favorite project thus far) and at the moment, I am making a custom designed pool table. That leads to my next point. I am in my second year of college, and my major is Entrepreneurship. I know starting your own business is tough but don't worry, I have many people in my life who are willing to loan me money, and give me tips to help me get started. I have a few relatives that own there own business and is successful, so it's nice to have that. If I don't end up successfully starting a business in woodworking, I would love to start my own restaurant. Cooking is another passion of mine, and I currently work as a cook at my current job. Besides that, I also love to write poetry. I am also writing a novel at the moment as well. On a noobstown point of view, I started out joining the town Winterhold and become TA within a week. I helped the town expand, on top of owning my own farming business (refer to my old 2x2 plot in Winterhold). Having some issues with town staff, and wanting to start my own town, I went off into the wilderness and found the best spot for my new town. About 5 people followed me out of the town, and Mitch_182 and leafstorm732 founded the town with me (making them head TA's). Then suddenly *BAM!* Oakvale was created, then a bunch of stuff happened before and then you came along.

These prices are very accurate in the way you calculated them, but then you have to put into consideration recent drop parties and the demand for the egg when selling/buying.

I had never noticed this post until now! It is amazing to see the town from this far back, to what it has become.
I remember when I founded Oakvale, and it was just a forest (good memories).
Anyways, we now have around 100 residents, 3 outposts, over 350 plots in town (i think), and around 500k in the town bank.
Thanks,

I own the town Oakvale. We have 8 full sized marketplaces right at spawn.
We have a few shops that need to be taken over. If any of you are interested in specialty shops, please message me.
We have a redstone shop, a wood shop, a wool shop, and a general shop so far. If you would like to open another store, pitch the shop you would like and I will put you into consideration for my town. (4000 nbz per embassy shop plot, rules apply, no tax on shop plots)
Do /t spawn oakvale, and it is STRAIGHT, right down the stone slabs. All the buildings right there are the shops.
Thanks,

Is this academy still open?
If so, I would love to be a business teacher. Basically, teach any ways of making money, being smart with your money, organizing (chests, etc), planning, looking for the best deals, running a business and having workers, etc.
Also, if there would be a small class of how to run a town, I could teach commands and what it takes to run a town.
Thanks,

I forgot about that, I need to think of a place to put it. Would the Nation mind if I put it at a /t oupost possibly? I think if we make it massive that would be perfect, and Omega, one of Oakvale's assistants, found the perfect open place for it.
Thanks. I will edit the previous post.

I must have wrote it wrong to you guys when I said claiming town plots costs 2250, although I meant to say 2500 from the very beginning.
They are 2500 for sure, I ensured that price with INEEDANAME
