As it was a few months ago with the snowmen pets, if you put them on the auction they just said "paper", only Foob has access to give them a description. With all the pets that had been put up for auction this past weekend, it would be easy to mistake a "paper" for a pet. Especially at the price in which they were listed. I was going to bid on one myself but decided to ask to see if it was actually a pet or a piece of paper since there were multiple papers put on the auction at once.
I still believe that you should refund the money as I'm almost positive someone got ripped off.

I would advise the same. This is why I recommended that you put this on the forums. As I knew people would be confused. Thinking they are getting a pet when it's just a piece of paper. While many don't see the forums, it doesn't hurt to try and make up for a mistake made. I also advise that next time you double check what you're putting in the auction to avoid something like this again.

Which version did you start?: V5. How did you find us?: Planet Minecraft. Most fondest memory inside the server?: There's way too many to think of. I think the cheesiest thing I can come up with that is also true is the wonderful friends I've made through this server. Some of my best friends have come from this server and I think that's the best memory I could think of. Favourite friend?: Waterworth. Dadjaeger (don't let him read this), Warriorben, the crafty's, GaimMode, Hexidecima, General_Gred....the list could go on and on. Favourite Town?: I mean, Windermere, my town of course but besides my town I'd say....Caprica. Favourite Event?: Probably Spleef. Favourite Season (Noobween, Noobentines, Noobmas.. etc): Again, Noobmas. I love Christmas and the spirit on the server during that time is just wonderful. What you love about the server: WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THIS!?!?!?!?! EVERYTHING, DUH! The staff, the family friendly environment, the wide range of ages, the fact that there's a little something for everyone. This server has become very near and dear to my heart and I've had the most amazing time on this server. I've been proud of the work I've seen from various players, the towns that have been created, the town that I've had the chance to create, the opportunity to become a staff member, etc. I could go on and on. I will stand by this server until the day it dies, which I hope is never. Thank you for to the admins and to the community for giving me such a great time and gameplay. Any additional stories/tales you wish to tell: This past year for my birthday I think is something that needs to be made a mention of. I appreciated and felt so loved on my birthday. I was given a party, gifts, various "happy birthday's" and it meant a lot to me coming from so many wonderful friends.

As Duelcon has stated it doesn't hurt to ask but I don't want you to get your hopes up. I'm doubtful because they do have that message for a reason (don't place unless you're sure; it can't be picked up) and if they do pick it up for you they would have to do that for everyone then that message has no point. Admins would be picking up spawners all the time. Doesn't hurt to ask though.

That's why you need to be careful of who you add because there is a limit and I believe to have one deleted you need to contact an admin.

Windermere will be hosting a repair event during the Noobscraft's 4th birthday party. We will take advantage of the x3 mcmmo xp during that time and party it up!
Where: Windermere City Hall (from spawn, go straight into that building. Repair event will take place upstairs on the right side of the building).
When: March 18 2015 @ 2 PM MST (4 PM EST / 1 PM PST)
Who's invited: anyone!
Do I need to bring anything? If you wish to bring your own items to repair, please do. We will provide bows and string. Other than that, just bring your party hats and your friends!

If you want to get out or go somewhere, look at where you want to go and type /j or use a pocket watch/compass. They both do the same thing.

First of all, welcome! Thank you for choosing Noobscraft! I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.
As to your questions, if you get stuck in a hole (unless you're VIP) there's on way to get out. If a mod is online, I'm sure they'd be happy to TP you out.
If you're in the wild and you see a temple or village, you have to claim the land in order to own the temple/village.
