If the same person continues to make the same message over and over or close together we classify it still as spam. I make sure if I advertise my town that more than 10+ people are on. Twisted is correct though, there has been a lot of "my town is better, let me advertise." Only reason I don't put anything on the forums is because not many check the forums.

If a staff member isn't on, I believe the report a player is still available, here you can include the screenshots. A lot of times also we have more staff members so it seems like there's always at least 1 staff member on, unless it's really late at night when the server is less active. I do see your point though and I will forward this on to the admins to check out.

    Windermere now has French stalls under the Eiffel Tower. The Stalls act like shops where you can sell 5 items. 3 single chested items and 2 items in bulk (using a double chest). These stalls are open to anyone who feels they can keep it stocked. They will work somewhat like an embassy but they're unique in there own way. So if you want one, you'll need to make sure you know exactly what you want to sell! These stalls only cost 1k with no taxes. There are 22 stalls available. Simply fill out this app below and I will get back to you regarding your application. IGN:

Voting is a great incentive for our players. Not only do you get the 2500 per day but if you vote every day you could get anywhere from 5-50K extra at the end of the month for voting every day. Plus towns become inactive when the staff of that town becomes inactive, plus people do have life that gets in the way, in which we can't stop that.

Bonjour! We are happy to announce that France is open to the public starting today! We have many plots for sale for 2500 including embassies for 5K! These plots/embassies have a great view of the Eiffel Tower and will go quickly! Please reserve your spot in Windermere now! (P.S. no taxes on anything in all of the city!) With these plots, they're set up a bit differently than the rest of the town. All the same rules apply. 20 block height limit, but you can go underground, but YOU CANNOT MAKE 1 STRUCTURE OVER 2 PLOTS. You can have 2 plots but they must be next to each other rather than one large structure. We still have plenty of shop plots open and we have plots open on the other side of town as well! If you wish to become a resident, please contact gamergirlxo either in-game or via the forums on the site. You can always speak with any other town staff member. Strange to think I'll be 24. This year, I know, will be a very hard year and I'm preparing myself for it. When you're younger, you think life gets easier when you get older, it doesn't. I think it gets worse because you've come to grips with emotions and reality and politics and the world around us. While it gets harder, it makes you stronger. In the last few months I've dealt with my own personal battles (anxiety and depression) as well as the health of a loved one; one of the greatest people in my life, my mother. With everything going on I have become stronger and I have become a better person because I'm dealing with reality and my now mental illnesses.
My wish for my birthday this year is that you never give up hope, you never give up on yourself. There have been days where I've wanted to give up, I've felt so defeated and lost but there are people around you that want to see you succeed and be great.
Not sure why I typed this up, some may not care but birthdays are always a nice time to reflect and I suppose in this post, that's what I'm doing.
Here's to another year on Noobscraft! Thank you for the continued support of my town, my mod-ship and of course your friendship. Noobscraft has definitely been a great help for my anxiety and helped to keep my mind off things.

     Welcome to 2015 from everyone in Windermere! We are proud to announce that we have recently added all 4 of the major spawners to Windermere! Cow, chicken, sheep and pig! These spawners are only to be used by town residents and staff. We are in the process of developing France and continuing to expand the town (well seems more like a city now). France is under construction but we hope to have plots available very soon. Our city hall for France has been completed as you can see above. We are still expanding the city as a whole, each day new plots are being made to help fulfill everyone's wishes. Facts about Windermere that ended us in 2014: Residents : 114 Chunks claimed : 860 Town bank : accumulated a little over 1 million noobz Staff : 7 staff members including myself Hexidecima was promoted to sub-mayor in early 2015. Warriorben was promoted to sub-mayor at the end of 2014. jUggalLOOo420 was added at the end of 2014 as a Town Assistant. Congrats to them! We're excited to see the work you do in 2015!
