yes but you have the issue of players hogging the grinder. Again this could simply be fixed by someone in staff talking to the player. But you're right, something needs to be done.

I agree. This isn't fair to the community and most players. As stated, someone gets all the XP and mobs when someone else is getting the short end of the stick. Apparently this has happened many times before and I would really like to see something that can be used for all players.

yes the server crashed again. The server is stuck in a loop so therefore it says people are on the server when they actually aren't. We're working to get it back up! Hang tight!

plus the same people use TS most of the time, you'll get to know them and get to know their personalities and you'll be able to go from there. I'm shy myself and socially awkward and I still have issues with speaking but as they said above, you'll get over it.

WHY?: I love the sense of community that towns feed off of. I love the idea of having a group of people help each other to achieve a large goal, or even a small goal. I've always had a leadership quality to myself and I've always enjoyed doing the most I can for other people and I'd love to continue that work on the server. I'm dedicated to this server as a whole and I now want to be dedicated to a town that everyone can enjoy with good buildings, good amenities and a great community.
EXPERIENCE: In v5 I was considered a TA for DiamondCreek but when our sub mayor left, I pretty much took over. I went from handling plot situations to building, making money and handling player complaints/situations. After leaving the town for Bushido, I was given the TA position right away from dadjaeger and worked on giving plots and helped with town buildings.
TIME: almost all the time. I have no real life job currently and I'm spending a lot more time at home. I usually spend my nights on the server and that can range, maximum to about 6 hours +.
PLAN: Currently we're in the process of growing our staff team. We have 2 other members (besides myself) and we're working on grinding money for the purchase of the town. Me and the submayor have currently discussed town theme, town amenities and what kind of players we would like to welcome into our town. The town will have a british/english themed feel to it and the town shops will have a diagon alley (harry potter) feel to them. Our town will include a party building, for various events and drop parties, and include a town farm and other awesome things!
