900K is the minimum you need to start a town. It's suggested that you have more because you'll need money to claim chunks so it's always best to have more than expected. As giga said the admins currently aren't accepting town applications until the new towny is released because the towny currently is really buggy. No idea when the towny will be out; just know that Larry is working on it!

VIPs donate mostly to help the server. When you're willing to donate IRL money you should get some perks in return but I think I can speak for most when I say we've donated because we love this server. Mods are like any other players. They're like "the police" because that's kinda what they do - enforce the rules but besides that they're all just like other players. No ranked player is better than anyone else.
Veteran is no longer able to obtain.
But the way the rank system is as of now is

the trade for quest book 5 is broken
do the quest over, I mean get the quest book again. I had the same issue but with a new fresh book it worked.

I understand as well that players can set their prices how they wish but there are some players who are intentionally out to troll and take advantage of players and there's a huge difference.

Earlier tonight there was an issue regarding the AH and I just want to publicly put out there for new players or older players or whoever. Please make sure when you're buying something on the AH that it's not a fake item or that you really pay attention to the price.
There are some players who don't care to take advantage of other players. If you buy something and you mistake 250K for 25K you won't get your money back and it's unfortunate.
So this is just a disclaimer and warning to those who like to shop on the AH please be aware of what you're buying. IF you're selling and you're not sure on the price of an item ask in chat first. You'll have better luck selling it and you'll always be selling at a fair price.

I think maybe having an hour would be a good way to keep that survival aspect and perhaps you donate and the fly is just for you rather than the whole server.

Windermere has a new district featuring prebuilt cottages and a new city hall for those out on that side of town. These cottages cost 3k and are available for anyone in Windermere who wishes to have one. (1 normal plot + 1 prebuilt is allowed). There are no taxes on these prebuilt cottages. The Sanctuary features pretty gardens and fountains that surround the homes. Contact GG or readdeadkid if you're interested in owning one of these cute cottages!   -Windermere staff

So since the diamond exchange in Skyside and Skyside in general has become a little inactive and Windermere had the room we decided to incorporate our own Diamond Exchange! The concept is the same just in a different town! We have options for a single chest or double chest for where you sell your diamonds. Double chest is 1k and a single chest is 500. ANYONE FROM ANY TOWN/NO TOWN CAN OWN A DIAMOND CHEST. So for Windermere to make a little money we ask for a small fee. Not only can you sell diamonds but we have a level where people will be able to sell diamond tools as well. So you get the option of selling diamonds or diamond tools in Windermere! Rules are simple, directions are easy. From spawn, turn left, go straight, you'll run right into it. Contact myself or reddeadkid if interested! Thank you! -Windermere Staff

It doesn't specify on this one, but i'm petty sure the admins are looking for skins you created. At least that's what i assume.
That would be really limiting though if they expected people to make their own skin. Plus you wouldn't have nearly enough entries - barely have enough as it is.

Are the auth servers down for anyone else? It's odd because I see the number of people on the server increase but I can't get on. Either tells me the auth servers are down or to restart my game, which I do, and I get either of the same message.

Lite, once you buy them, you can't get them back
correct. I would assume that concept would stay the same. and 12? you only get 10 total to start with. 2 as a guest, 8 as a member. Either way, Magic I believe is correct.

 What has happened to GG? One night on a peaceful cool crisp October night, GG was in her bed and she heard something screech against her window like nails on a chalkboard. Curious she got out of bed and slowly went to the window where she found Herobrine herself! Before she was able to run away or close the blinds Herobrine had already possessed her - turning her into a girl version of himself. Herobrine felt GG was the right candidate to bring evil to the server. Can GG be working with Herobrine? Does GG know where the King of Noobstown is? Will GG be back as herself? Will Herobrine lock a piece of himself onto GG? ......to be continued.
