To all this may effect,
with V6 slowly approaching us, I was laying in bed this morning reading over the forums and it came to me that I should apologize to a few certain people and to anybody that I'm not aware of. I want to apologize to those who I have caused drama with or have gotten in "tiffs" with over the almost year that I've been on the server (wow a year!) There are a few people in particular, not naming names that I sincerely want to apologize to and whether they except this apology, I doubt it but if you're at least reading this then that's all I could ask for.
With my new rank and new job responsibilities on the server and website, I definitely don't want to cause drama with anyone, past, present or future. I just want to help those who need help and help the server when a mod isn't on or things get outta hand....I definitely don't want my rank or my personality to cause any drama between me and someone else or someone else and a group of people. haha
That's really all I have to say and if those who are involved don't accept my apology, I at least tried and to anyone else, don't get involved with drama especially on the server....it's a game and it's meant to be fun....not like middle or high school.

I'm quite glad you made this update. The frustration within players has definitely got outta hand and I have a feeling that no matter what you say, people won't care but I hope that this does help some people hold on just a little bit longer.
I stand by the admins and this server and understand that releasing it too early would be a step in the wrong direction and I've tried expressing that to other players and being unsuccessful....this is exactly what we needed, was an update. So thanks foob!

no harry I am no implying you specifically. I've seen many, many people feel the same way you do about the server and this November update is exactly what everyone needed.

I think this is a great idea! I definitely support this. Once I go back to school I plan on changing my major to Mental Health and work towards becoming a mental health counselor. People don't realize that mental health issues can come from bullying....and even the server is big on bullying and will not be tolerated, which is wonderful. Good luck with this! -gg

It isn't stated in the rules as of now and they may have disregarded that rule but at one time yes it was a rule. Whether that stills applies now, I am not sure. But as stated by Edix that isn't the point of this forum post. If you wish to clear up the rule issue consult an admin. As for this post....I recommend we talk about bukkit or Adrian or I will lock this post because we see it starting to get out of hand. I understand the frustration that everyone is experiencing but publicly bashing the server and the admins isn't the appropriate thing to do. The admins and those at bukkit are doing all they can as fast as they can. This is nothing about excuses or having promises broken....the admins, the whole staff want to open the server up as soon as they can but only when they feel it is ready.
Again please keep this on topic or it will be locked. It's starting to get a little outta hand.

Adrian is right. Threatening to leave the server is against the rules. I understand everyone's frustration but let's remember to not take it out on the admins, mods or even now the prefects. We aren't perfect all the time but we were given the position for a reason.
As Adrian said, if this topic doesn't steer back onto topic it will be locked by one of us. This is not the place to diss the server or go on about why it's taking so long and how you're threatening to leave the server.
Let's keep this clean and fun. Even on the forums.

While this would be a cool idea, I think by implenting a chat system onto the website would take some time and by then the server will most likely be up. Once the server is up, not a whole lot of people use the website. I think it would be a waste of time and definitely would be something temporary.
There is always the forums to communicate and private messages as well.

This was one competition. I'm sure there will e more. You may not agree with the outcome but it is what it is. Foob and the other admins made the best decision and they obviously thought about skins that were made and skins that were found online....

So he won a Skin Competition with a skin he didn't create himself? The skin is on Planet Minecraft and it is very popular, a lot of people use this skin... it is good indeed, but why would someone who didn't make their own skin win a Competition with such a massive price? 30 Days of VIP & 3000 Tokens for something you did not even make yourself isn't exactly fair.

Admittedly, I thought this was unique... however, I still liked King's story that he put with the skin. I believe a few others in the contest had actually submitted pre-made skins or skins made by others, so It isn't a huge deal. There will be plenty more chance to win things in the future, such as VIP.
I agree with Foob. I thought the story was unique on top of the skin. Sure he might not have made the skin but he added a story to it and made it his own.
