Information:
In Ancient times there was a small island just off the main land coast where the locals grew in fear of the 10th rising of the new moon. For as legend tells, that during that time local villagers would go missing only to be found dead a few days later. The villagers started to call this time Halloween and they would pray that their families would be safe. Then a Priest discovered a mysterious book deep within a cave on the island. After translating the ancient text he learned about the Beast know as Pumpkinedda who took villagers and killed them during the 10th new moon cycle. Inside the book the Priest also discovered detailed plans for a sacrificial alter, on which pumpkins would be chopped up to please the beast! The alter made of Quartz was to be housed inside a Lava and Brimstone temple. So the Priest set out to build the temple to save his people. After months of construction the temple was completed just in time for the 10th new moon rising. Every day the Villagers and the Priest would sacrifice a pumpkin to please the beast and every day for that new moon, so long as a pumpkin was sacrificed, the villagers would be safe.
The villagers of this small island have long disappeared over time, but the temple still stands. Come and visit the temple if you dare! For if you do, you will can still see the Orangey remains of pumpkins long since sacrificed still on the alter stones. However be warned, there has not been a sacrifice for 100’s of years and the legend of Pumpkinedda still remains!

I love the Game Stats page, but would like to make a suggestion.
It would be nice to be able to see how your compare to the top ten in the categories.
e.g. Blocks crafted
List the top 10
then you at XXX position
Just a thought.

LOL I am just waiting for MC 9.0 to come out, will require Silverlight, 3 reboots to install, 7 patches each requiring a reboot, for some reason Adobe acrobat will be included now, along with BING. Every tuesday will be a patch to fix security issues - also requiring a reboot. OSX support will disappear, and you will need a 5 year subscription to Xbox Live Gold to use, along with a MS/Outlook ID, oh yeah and 7gb of cloud space.

I was going to use my old WOW account name - Jockitch - but I had enough problems in WOW with that one. interesting.
I would like to suggest then that spawners be added back into the game and/or Spawn eggs be removed from the game (in auction and on the donation page).
I don't feel its proper to pay for the Mob Kit, just to have the animals despawn in a day or two.

Is there anyway that the despawning of animals can be turned off?
I purchased spawn eggs for sheep and I keep having my flock wiped out? A little disappointing IMO.
Does it happen if you spent RL dollars on the spawn eggs or are those animals immune from the despawning?

quick question, how are the ties broken? Is it just a random draw between the top voters. Since on any given month you can only vote 30/31 times (feb is the exception) I presume that if 10 people have voted the max amount their names are just randomly drawn.

i for one find it very annoying. Every block I mine I end up seeing different blocks behind it for a second.
Personally I only use my F3 pick for diamonds and Emeralds otherwise I am using my normal pick. Having to stop for nearly every blocked mined because it shows a diamond or emerald as the next block is frustrating.
guess its just something that I will have to adjust too, but still annoying.
