I'd like it to be. But if I remember correctly, paper (what the server uses for plug ins) isnt updates to the correct version yet, but I'm not positive.

Anyone want to give me a hint on how these things spawn? I've been running around the end/nether for about an hour each and nothing spawned. I even went to where the ender dragon is in the ens since where we spawn it's technically the far end. Thanks

So I tried doing the /player command on some older people that played last summer, but they were all missing. I know where their wilds and town plots are (since I'd go over there and help) so I used my elyctra and flew over and I saw I was spelling the name correctly. Did these people get removed or is the command not functioning correctly? It used to work even if they're online. (In case your wondering, I did it so I could see if they were on recently and I wasn't so I could see if they still played)

Edit: Same things with gifts. Tried sending it an active player and it said they have to be online before to be able to send a gift.

Yeah. From when I asked in game about 6 months ago the paper client thing were based off of wasn't yet updated. 1.14 is also coming soon, so theres hope. If i remember correctly though, didn't we go through 4 versions last time? It was 1.8.9, then went straight to 1.12? So we may have some more waiting lol. I'd be interested to know of the developments though and how close we are.

What xyl said. I'd try not to mine out your chunks unless you have a purpose in mind for it like a huge farm. If you need to mine do /warp mine. Also just asking for help when others are online, and people are willing to sell/give you stuff. Knowing shops is also a really good idea which you can find under trading on the forums.

Edit: Redstone only works about half the time when following tutorials and its normally laggy so I dont reccomend making huge farms based on redstone.

So with Noobstown turning 8, I wanted to know everyones time on the server. You can check via statistics if you click the escape button, then scroll down. I was surprised to learn that I've played for 12 full days on here... I thought it was less. How about you? How long have you spent days wise on the server? Also how many years have you been playing? I've personally only played Noobstown for 2 years.

I hope it goes here since it relates to Noobstown, but it might be better put in other.

Your fine. Lots of things are "needed". We didn't need auto sell, but lots of us use it. Lots of features are just convenience, yet all those "little" things add up to great gameplay.

Same reason we want mcsb keep, which you we have. This let's us see a live balance of what were earning. If I'm going to buy something, itd be nice to get to see how much more I need.

Thanks for responding relatively quickly. While I understand that it can become overpowered, I still feel it wouldn't really affect most people. The drops from mobs aren't amazing, most have very basic uses. I like the idea of keeping spawners in the world where they originate. Maybe you can mine them, but they can't leave the chunk, to avoid the mass spawns like you said? Hostile mobs, to me at least, aren't a challenge at all if you know how to fight them. Blazes are difficult without a bow, and shulkers are difficult regardless. The common spawners like zombies etc, isn't to big a deal to fight imo. I currently have a zombie spawner sitting probably around 50 blocks under my main base, and I definitely understand that it's difficult to set those up, as I've spent 3 hours in the past and only made it somewhat reliable. Maybe we could do this just in towns instead? For example, if you have a skeleton spawner, but its in the middle of the "shopping area" then you have to potentially change things around to access that build. If you could move it however, it wouldn't be difficult.

For example, I'm mining out a new tree farm underground, and I run into a spider spawner. I mine up and find I'm in a shop, well then that spider spawner is really out of the way of how to get there easily. If I could mine it however, maybe a message could pop up like

"This is a (spawner name) to mine it, it will cost (number of noobs) Would you like to mine it?" and you click yes or no.
The price can fluctuate based on the mob, and your mcmmo, to encourage higher level people to mine it. At a minimum like 500,000 noobs?

I was also thinking high numbers, but this shouldn't benefit only people that have played for awhile and only do mining, or one of the activities. I did 500 to make a balance.
