If mojang/notch/their investors are even crazy enough to let this happen, then it could be the end of minecraft's modibility the way we have it now. Also I'd expect some eula changes...

I thought I'd put some honesty in my user name. To be honest I'm not you and since minecraft characters are genderless I decided to go for "it is not you".

Do you want to help run, build, expand and populate a unique and big town on the server? Then Skyside is looking for you! We here in skyside want to hire two new TAs to help make our town even better. As an TA of skyside you can fulfill the roll of a builder, a recruiter or both. Above that TAs are involved in making important decisions about the town together with the mayors. As a builder your main task will be to help with designing and most importantly building the big buildings in the town. Liking to build things therefore is a must. As a recruiter your main task is to find residents for which skyside would be a good town. This includes showing them around and getting them started if they join. If you're interested in being a TA in skyside, let us know by replying to this post with the following information: IGN: Age (if you don't want to tell us, that's fine too): How often do you come online: Role you are interested in (builder/recruiter/both): Why do you want to become Skyside town staff: Previous experience (if applicable):
Note: applications are open to anyone, you do not need to currently be a resident of Skyside to apply.

In my town plots which have monsters disabled I noticed that squids won't spawn and despawn whenever you bring one in to town plots. A squid is a passive mob, so I don't see any reason why it should be disabled on plots which have monsters disabled. Is would be nice if it was possible to enable squids in towns without having to enable all other aggresive mobs as well. (I believe this can be set in the towny configuration)

Since fire resist potions can be useful during the cube event coming friday, I've restocked all SkyPotions shops with fire resist potions. The following amounts are in stock in the SkyPotions shops:
2 double chests in the Skyside SkyPotions shop (north of the town spawn, first purple shop) 1 double chest in the Imperium SkyPotions shop(somewhere around the spawn) 1 double chest in Pitfall SkyPotions shop (straight ahead of spawn) 1 double chest in the Gaia SkyPotions shop (west of spawn)
Additionally potions can be bought in bulk from me directly

When I was busy doing some future planning for my wild territory I ran in to the problem that I had no idea if my plans would be doable money wise. (Of course anything is doable, but I have a limit on what I spend on wild chunks) That's why I decided to make a handy little calculator which lets you calculate the costs for any wild chunk you want. You can enter a chunk number and it will calculate the price of that chunk, the total price of all chunks till that chunk and the total area you will have. You can find the tool here: http://jsbin.com/yawojama/1Note: The chunk prices listed in this calculator are based on a formula for the chunk pricing which I guessed/calculated. In general it is pretty accurate, although the prices may differ from the real prices slightly, in most cases not more than a couple nbz.

TL;DR The server will keep existing and nothing will change if it isn't really needed.

It has come to my attention that the averages for enchanted items shown in the auction house graphs, do not quite make sense. The average seems to be an average for all enchanted items, irregardless of the enchants on the items. For me this is not a big deal, since I have a reasonable idea of what the items are worth. However I feel that for many buyers it may be deceptive. Some items may look cheap while they actually are over priced and visa versa.

No use building anything like that in the mining world. It will be griefed before you even finish it probably. If it somehow doesn't end up getting griefed of course it will be gone after the mining world reset. Wouldn't mind doing this in the wilderness world if someone has some spare money to buy the plots.

Can I suggest that next time you post event times that you post them in GMT. GMT is the international baseline and everyone should know what their time zone is relative to GMT, whereas I didn't even know what BST was until I came to this server. GMT would make it a lot easier for everyone to convert since our playerbase is kind of all over the place, and the staff wouldn't have to answer questions about what time events start every 10 minutes.
GMT times still wouldn't be that useful, because summertime isn't the same all over the world. However I remember that back in V5 there would be these links with event posts which would show the event time in your local timezone, perhaps they could bring these back? For example http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Noobscraft+Events&iso=20130201T20&p1=136&ah=3

The shops transactions don't have to list names, an example list would be
You paid AdrianCavi: -1000 Someone purchased 64 Stone from your shop: +200 AdrianCavi sent you money: +1000 You sold 16 diamonds to the shop: +19200 Someone sold 640 stone to your shop: -1500 Your purchased 64 oak logs at a chest shop: -2000 Etc.

The only thing they can do with it is steal some encrypted Internet traffic. Yes that is a huge problem, but you have to remember that half of the Internet traffic (including noobscraft.com) doesn't use encryption at all. So anyone intercepting your internet traffic could steal your password from these sites.
P.S. I'm not really worried about anyone stealing my noobscraft.com password.

When including images in your post use the i.imgur.com link instead of the imgur.com, then they will display. Alternatively you could also jus post a link to your imgur galleries as you seem to have allot of images.
