i was looking through plugins on bukkit.org, and i found a plugin where you can ban words and phrases. you could ban the swear words from immature players. it looks useful. the link to the plugin: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/fun-chat-taboo-v-0-1-ban-words-or-phrases-1000.27655/
