So I'm looking for a town(as said above) that meets my preferences. And I would be happy if some town owners would invite me.

IMPORTANT!!!
1. plots are not too expensive.
2.I can build/mine as high/deep as i want as long as it's inside my plot

3. a nice environment (some mountains and an ocean would be cool but doesn’t have to have one).
4. it has a lot of residents or it did have a lot in v4.
