What is Kochirakoso?
Kochirakoso is currently the most popular town in noobstown with 37 residents! Kochirakoso is part of a nation called "Yunnaiteddo" which means "The United" in japanese. Kochirakoso means "The pleasure is mine" in japanese. and the owner of the nation is no other then the mayor of KochiraKoso.

So how do I get there?To get to kochirakoso, there are 3 ways.
1. The worst way possible, walking.
2. The teleportation hub. From spawn if you find the teleportation hub, just find our portal to get here.
3. Type /town spawn kochirakoso. It will charge you 10nz to come here. We are working on how to change it to 0.0nz.

1. Don't Grief
2. Don't Spam
3. Don't Curse.
4. Have fun!
Dont hesitate to come to either me(Lindatjuh, the mayor), or Bob6471, renezaal, tomhoenderos, Yurka_Maku or Dadjaeger (These are all the current "active" assistants)
Our only building rules are:
1. Build whatever you want! As long as its on your plot.
2. Don't build higher than the hotel.
3. make it stylish (not a block with windows
)
4. roof no trees or gardens on top
5. Don't Dig TOO deep. The reason for that rule is that we have several secret projects going on underground
We have the CHEAPEST 16x16 plots in noobstown, with the price of 1000nz. We have NO plot tax or resident tax.

I think i heard something about the "Kochirakoso Anniversary"...Yes! As you might know, there is a Kochirakoso Anniversary! Founded by "Bob6471" we first started this in August, to celebrate that in one month, we became such a large town! We might do this once a month, or on special occasions! The first event will always be the infamous "Bob's Cookie Run" in which bob6471 will run around town throwing cookies, apples, and golden apples everywhere! On holidays though, bob6471 might throw around stuff other than cookies, apples, and golden apples everywhere
This is a TOWN MEMBERS ONLY event, and you are not allowed to invite anyone thats not in this town to come and celebrate, because this is the "Kochirakoso Anniversary"
