Ok first when i read this and thought "She really do not have a life" but then i read "With my friends" and thought "They do not have a life"... then i read thru the list and thought "I do not have a life".. 
After reading a few, i turned around on my chair, and started up BF3 and then i realised i have no life because i am fighting on BattleField 3 as i type this!!!! lol I HAVE NO LIFE!!!!!!

In the picture, you can see a water run-off to push pigs into the pit, i have done that so none get out of the pit. The pitself is atleas 10 blocks deep, it is enough for me to be able to kill all but 1 or 2 pigs with one piece of TNT or i can toss a couple of Instand Damage II Splash potions at it and get a fair amount of xp At the back, you can see abit of a stairway, it is for me to look at it in depth. it is just for looking at it.

It very much so does, and i have increased it so, every once in a while, i will get around 16 xp every hour or so, depends how many pigs fall into the trap and how many bottle of Instant Damage II Splash potions i have, if i want to get a large quantity of porkchops, i will place some TNT and then activate it when more or less the pigs or I can't move in the pit So how much would this small price be?
Well, i will do a simmilar build for you the price is A: you need to supply the spawners (Ideal is 2 pig spawners, if you supply it i will build it) and i would like 3 dimaonds and 2500Noobz you see every hour i can get almost 10 stacks of pork, but it depends how you like to set up an observation deck if you check below, i have a picture for you on how i have set it up i have a great joke but i probably can't say it publicly on the forums XD

You aren't supposed to 'reason' or attempt to stop any spammers/trolls, I've seen mods/admins say it numerous times about just reporting them because it could/would make the situation worse because the spammer/troll feels successful and then doesn't stop.
i reason with them if i think they are capable of being reasoned with, with mass spammers, i'll just see what i can do, then report them.
Then you're breaking a rule of some sort to, if any member of the staff teams tells you not to do something then I'm pretty sure you know not to do it. You still try to reason with people even though it can help a lot, you are still going against a staff members word.
I have not once been told to stop by a staff member, i have been helping the server, there is a difference between A: not listening and B: helping the server, and as far as i am concerned, i am not one bit in the wrong for trying to help the server by reasiong with others.
If you want to carry-on, so be it, it's none of my business anyways, right? I was just trying to tell you something that's fact and may be a reason for you to get be nagged at by a member of staff. I didn't say you weren't listening or not helping the server, in fact I said "even though it can help a lot".

I personally beleive that the ban appeal section should be made an Admin/Moderator only section due to the fact that they are confessions and should be private as in, from my point of view it is basicly Privacy Invasion.....
A ban appeal is for a person to appeal to a ban, and this is supposed to be private....
This is just a suggestion
Now i understand if it was Admin/Mod only section, you would only be able to post in it, normal users shouldn't be able to view it, that includes VIP's and Vets.
