I'm glad you guys do see where i am comming from. Karl, thanks for your support, i mean i personally would find this to be helpful if we can get the communities support in who THEY want to be the next Mod/OP, but this is just my little idea.

now i know that the decesion of selectin a new OP/Mod is upto the Admins/Staff, but i am suggesting that we should have a small election type thing for the selection, not just someone who is aproved of by the staff, but we have two candidates, two people that the admins aprove of, and we have an election to see who the public prefers. now as i stated, the decision is up to the Admins, but this is just a simple idea, now i have also though of the server just voting for who they please, and may select someone who is unfit to be the next moderator, but this, in my opinion is something that could be helpful? i sorta lost track here.... lol

How many hours per day: about 4-8 hours depending on the day
Why you want this role: to be of more help to the community, i see alot of people needing help from mods, ops and admins, but there isn't that many on when i am. i am very resourceful and alot of people would be able to get their questions answered.
Also to fill the Time Gap between the American mods and the UK mods
Past experience: none really... i've been a moderator on a server which is now gone
Time zone: Australia QLD EST +10
Additional information: I take being a mod/op a very serious matter, i don't screw around with power, i do not use it for my own wants, i use my power to help others, but not against the rules. i am someone who is always asking others if they need help, i go out of my own way to help others where, when and how they need it. If players are griefed i do my best to help them recover, i give up my own items for the joys of others. I will always make sure that people who ask for help are helped. People who i help are pleased with the help i give, the only people who are not pleased with my help are those whose help is out of what i can do, such as iconomy, itowny and being made members. I make people happy and very well warmed when the join the server, i always great someone unless i am not available. i do not abuse people, when i am abused by people i defend myself, i report them, i try my best to keep my cool, i do. I respect everyone with the same level of respect, no-one gets any special treatment, i give haters hardly anything to bite back at me with except for a warning and then reporting them if needed. I am always wanting to help people when i am online.
And since this is something we're suposed to be honest on, i do have some flaws, i am a gaming addict, i ussually like things to go my way, i am nasty when i get angry, i am always a person with good intentions, but a horrible sence of humor ( i am told... i find thingys funny that others find horrible and disgusting.). people need to see past the flaws and see the best in eachother. (dunno, just felt like putting that in there lol)
