Suggestions & Ideas / Server down time

I understand that if the server need a update or a new plugin and down time is needed it would be nice if the players could be provided with more info about the downtime like a rough estimate on how long it will be down for as i think most people refresh their minecraft every 5Min's to see if the server is back up. Thanks.

Hey, for sale i have 6 emeralds 2 emerald ore 1 emerald block.
i also have 3 enchanted diamond swords and a enchanted pickaxe. (Pics below)
For the sharpness IV sword i want a offer of anything over 28k
as for the rest, make a offer.
