I'm pretty sure you can't ban texture packs. Considering, the staff catch almost every X-rayer anyways, I don't think that this would make too much of a difference.
Just my thoughts on this.

Well, see this is an issue too though, because sometimes they accidentally accuse other players of using x-rays, but really that person wasn't using one. I wish x-raying was banned somehow so that the innocent weren't accused and that the people that do try to bring x-raying into Noobscraft can't join.

I agree! The local chat color should be something like [Supporter] title is. That way people will feel entitled to use local as it will be easier to read!

I remember back a few versions ago there was a lottery Plugin. Would you guys consider putting it back in? I loved that plugin! I think if you changed it so the draw was only like once a week the winner would get a lot of money and it could be a new way for people to be rich. Please consider it. Thanks.

I'm very sorry guys.. I'm selling my town.  I have gotten to caught up in life, that I can't manage it anymore. If you are a Current TA in my town, You can buy Mayor for 250k. If you are in the same nation as my town, you can buy the mayor of it for 300k. If you aren't in the same nation as it, you can buy it from me for 400k. These prices vary. I have had this problem myself a couple of times and the best way to do it is just take your time and get to know her before asking her out, maybe invite her over to your house a couple of times to hang out like friends don't go up to a girl after you have spoken to her once or twice.
If she likes you back then you will most likely get a date but if she don't then you need to respect that and move on

But now I have a girlfriend that isn't my girlfriend yet but she will be come homecoming. i love her and she loves me. I can't date until the monday before homecoming and she can't date until homecoming. So I will have some fun here. Our last home game (I'm talking about football here.) We exchanged numbers and in the past 3-4 days over 500 txts and been sent back and forth. Thank you guys for the help with me atleast.

I play with it on as all it does is move your hand and your vision slightly. I don't notice a difference in it though.

I use a personalized Painterly TP. I'm thinking of making my own but it seems too time consuming to go through all of it. Think I could? I'm no artist. :L If you think I should let me know. I will. I will even put it up on Mediafire for download if enough people think so. :L
Making a texture pack is a little time consuming, but once you get the main blocks like Dirt, Grass, Stone and Ores along with the Logs and Wood, you basicly have your own pack, but obviously with other default blocks, you can still release it on PlanetMinecraft for people to give you feedback on, you can then work on the other items lol.
I've made two half-texturepacks on my PlanerMinecraft account, Jayjay36, but they're really bad haha..
I know it is time consuming.. I don't have a Planet Minecraft account anyways.. :L It would most likely take a few months? I'm not sure.
