Hey all, my IGN is seshyo. I love architecture and creating things. I've met a few of you on the server so far, and I've spent a fair amount of time creating as well, some of you I'm sure I invited over to see the cathedral. I am a semi no nonsense guy, however I'm patient and kind to those who show respect. I've been around the MMO block playing just about every single one and held officer positions in all. I'd one day like to hold some form of responsibility here to deal with some of the nonsense and take a load off of the others who have dealt with it. But all in all, I'd love to meet some more of you and make some awesome builds. Thanks to those who have been so friendly since the start!

Same problem here, I dont imagine that the problem is on your side, most likely its something with the server. I wouldn't delete anything as of yet, just wait it out. We will probably see a post within a few hours.

How many hours per day: Way more than I should when the actual server is up, upwards to 8 hours a day or more
Why you want this role: Recently on the old server we were seeing more and more people griefing/trolling alot of the members of the server. Most of the victims were younger and had a hard time dealing with other people within their own town or could not communicate with those who were trying to make their time miserable. There isnt always an OP on around the clock but of course no one can expect that. From seeing certain OP's play times and their own schedule, there generally isnt one on during my own play time and that seems to be when hell breaks loose on the server. I feel that I am more than able to fill in that gap and provide whatever aid is needed. The position of OP is not necessarily an enjoyable position and it is a large amount of responsibility.
Past experience: As far as games in general, I've been guild masters in World of Warcraft, Community Officer in Lord of the Rings Online, City leader in Star Wars Galaxies, and other small positions. As far as experience with dealing with other people in real life, I've been a tutor throughout school, including both years in college and I used to babysit when I was younger. I am more than capable of dealing with any age group that may be on the server.
Time Zone: Central Time Zone (yes that means the United States)
Additional Information: I'm an Engineering major at Texas A&M so I play Minecraft because I love building and I enjoy taking on large projects. I am also very interested in Western Civilization from the Archaic Greek period up to the end of the Crusades.

Raza I wouldn't worry about getting banned, I'm sure the staff understands that some people are going to show some resentment for the resets, but its natural. If you build a sand castle and someone comes and knocks it over, you are a very unhappy child, but in this case the staff will be here to help you rebuild it. Just give it some time, server restarts are never fun, but you will find that the community that stays with the server through these things are generally the most tolerant and helpful bunch. If anything, the community will be the better for it.

With Fatnoob and the others putting their heart and soul into the new server, I thought it'd be an appropriate time to start looking for people for a guild. Im really big into building and i am wanting to essentially build a castle town modelled after the 13th century architecture. It will be a huge project and will be designed to be a formidable obstacle to any wishing to infiltrate its safe haven.
Basically im looking to see if anyone would be interested in joining up with me and creating this monster of a project.

I'll stay as long as I have something to play on relatively soon, whether it be a completely new world or the old one. Who knows, this might even clear out a few of the less mature members

Ya apparently my town with Ozzmancometh just set its town area to 0/80 and seems to have dropped ozzmancometh as the mayor, so currently DoverActon has no mayor since the server crash.

When I used that link to download the .jar file, it ended up being a .zip folder. Is there another link or can I just not find the .jar file in that folder?
