I in all honesty think we should lock the town an nation part of the forum becuase right now it is mostly utopia and imperium staff fighting over who is the best even though v6 haven't even started
They be the one loosing out, Due to while they are fighting, other towns will be making progress  Mayors that claim that their town is the ''best'' and it's not even made yet, will most likely fail, due to they will be wasting their time in dreaming land. Anywho, they should be a rule so that it's 1 town 1 thread not 1 town 100 threads etc instead of locking it;)

Haha this reminds me of my mom so much lol. Your mom is going to be your mom it gets harder for her to see you grown up and she just doesn't want to let you go. To tell you the truth while I think you are still a little young (I wasn't aloud to date in till I could drive) I think that it is fine for you to go over to your girlfriends house or she comes over to your house but ultimately it is up to your parents.

If you want an example of a "mature town"look at Bushido. We had "mature" playerd as part of the town while still keeping to the rules. I wouldn't advise finding any way to create a "mature" atmosphere that may break the general Noobscraft rules in any way. And as Waterworth said, not quite sure your definition of "mature."
Bushido is a mature town and their v5 town was beautiful if you want to do a town that's "mature" model it after them

Freedom of speech. With in the bounds of the town's private chat group, no language or content restrictions. You can talk like an adult without fear of retribution. This is the biggest and most important ideal of the city. Even if you don't want to be a member of the city, you're welcome to join the chat group.
Just a heads-up: the new chat system will disable your text from being sent to chat if there are swear words included in it. However, from what I've been told, the filter is a lot more sensible... So you will likely be able to chat about your skys****er without a problem

Hi sorry I was afk for most of the live stream but we will be havering another tomorrow probably The spawn is breathtaking tbh. My favorite part was the torch on the ground to the left of the lava it was great and then the way that slime killed Tek woah watch out other towns Tortuga means business 
Or the time Tek fell and died. Or the time the zombies knocked him to his death. Or the time the skeleton killed him. Or the time his donkey caught on fire...
But hey, at least Ocean's 13 is on, I think?
