Why you want this role:i want this role to help those on Noobscraft. I already help a lot of people and would like to escalate that to a higher level.
Past experience: this is my first towny server
Time-zone:eastern
Other information: i am a guy that follows rules closely and i like to know things as a fact, not just opinion. As a guy that feels this way, i think i would be a great mod!
