Why no Feather Falling? Does this reduce Acro XP?
After reading the wiki it sais - "Currently, a fall with feather fall/protection armor equipped will net the same XP as if you didn't have the armor on, but without suffering the full damage. Because of this, you will also earn no XP for a fall that would have killed you if you didn't have this armor equipped. " So since you would actually die from this you shouldn't have those fancy shiny shoes.

Update on some decorations we will have around the town just to lighten up the mood. I have been busy before so I don't have that many builds. These are not all of them since these were made on single player on a different computer. All the other builds are on a different computer at the moment.  Whatever these things are called (I think Air Balloons or something) These things will be above seas right up high in the air.  This huge red poisonous mario mushroom will be far from our town and might be an outpost. If it is a outpost we will have an entrance to the inside and underground. This will have mooshroom spawners and mushroom farms. If this is not going to be an outpost then it will be far outside of the town.  This huge or maybe small maze will be used as a mini game at the opening of the town. After it was once used it will be just held as a decoration for people to try out. It will be inside the town. How much experience do you have with the commands of towny? - I know about 50% of the towny commands. I was previously architect of Shinsekai, so I have a little experience.
How active are you in average on a day (Weekdays and Weekends)? - On weekdays I am active for 1-2 hours on MINECRAFT, on the Weekends I am active for about 3-4 hours.

Will you help and maybe use your tokens for the town materials? - I don't know exactly what the tokens will be used for, but if it's possible to benefit the town, I will use my tokens. I will help build buildings, shops and houses for the town using materials that I might withdraw using my tokens.
At the moment tokens will be used for a bunch of blocks. The money will be all saved up and used to buy the town. At the moment the last spot of sub-mayor was for Paolina. If she doesn't respond or apply for Sub-Mayor in the next 3 weeks then you will be a test first. As knowing 50% of commands ain't that much. But the rest is nice. So the moment we start with the town you will have 2 weeks of practice time. If you haven't improved or known more in that time unfortunately you have to be Assistant. But... Go for it! Did you take a picture of proof of this happening? If you did upload it to Tinypic, or a image host, which will give you a URL to the image. Then hover over community (Top of page on the right) then click Report User then report that user there.
Or go to http://www.noobscraft.com/report/ and report them on that, if you cannot find the report user panel.
I dont know how to take a screenshot because Im on a macbook and the F's dont work the same as on windows. Also he was a guest, so he wasn't signed up.
Just so you know, If you want to take a screenshot on a mac then you can do 'Command+Shift+3' or 'Command+Shift+4' the one with the 3 takes a screenshot of the whole screen you are looking at and the one with the 4 will allow you to take a screenshot of a selected area. Both methods will save your image on the screen. Hope this helped.

ShinSekaiInformation for ShinSekai in V6 I will keep this brief and short First up I will talk about ShinSekai V2 in V6 Noobstown. ShinSekai will be a huge town! With new roads, new spawn and more! It will not have a boring 2minute made spawn. The roads, plots, farms and shops will all be organized! ShinSekai in V6 will have the max of 100 residents only. The town will have completely new rules, for every single thing. ShinSekai will be one of the most modern towns ever including some ancient structures. ShinSekai will at least have once a month a competition where you can win a bunch of prizes. Here are the rules- General Rules No Disrespect No Hacking/Cheating No Griefing No Spamming No Advertising No Exploiting No Asking for Town Ranks Replant Town Farms Do not build around the town Plot RulesPlot Sizes are 16x16 no bigger no less unless you buy another plot next to it If inactive for 1 month or less then you lose your plot No mining in plots, Underground builds are allowed but don't use plots to mine. Plots will be around 1000-1500 noobs each (I don't want it to be too cheap because it wouldn't give a challenge to people) Do not extend your plot into the wilderness DistrictsDistricts are there to organize the town. There will be different kinds of district. Shopping District, Normal Plot District, Large Plot District, Hotel District and such. The Districts will be easy to find using the outposts. Agreed here. As a lot of people doesn't have much to do, more and more people are getting not active including xXAnimeOXx who was a very active player. (just as an example).
I hope that the V6 update will be soon as possible!

ACTIVITY:
Before, i have been active for a really long time for around 5-6hours average. I lately have Real life problems, making it hard for me to come back and stay active. But once i am done with those problems i am going to try and be online again for 5-6hours a day (in around a week i will be active again)
WHY?:
I want to be part of the Noobstown staff team because i think i would be really really helpful as a moderator. I know how to make bans and give proper reasons.. i know how to kick and give proper reasons.. but i also know many other things that are important, like the rules or commands. I also want to be part of the team to help the previous staff members that have helped me and repay the debt. I also want to be part of the team because lately I have been seeing the lack of Moderators online. But almost never in my time.
EXPERIENCE:
I have been a moderator on several servers and those weren't fake ones where you lie like "I am from PMC make me op." i did not do that. I have gotten my experience in a proper way. I do play on other servers than Noobstown but Noobstown is my all time favourite. I own a small hamachi server at the moment that i just share with friends. I am not that bad working in teams - i think , i might be selfish but i repay that debt right away.
OTHER:
I do know Noobstown now for quite a reasonable amount of time. After that time i have learned most commands also. I am more of a sneaky person than a straight forward one which can be positive and negative. I have been sadly inactive because of all the projects and exams i had in my school, so i will be active again by around V6. I want to keep the server clean and be fair with everyone.
