The outside of the first Hotel is finished but the inside still has to be made! 1st floor - Reception is done!  The roads are also almost done! We at the moment have only made the road that is straight. We have not made anything in detail for the road yet.  3 star hotel...

What rank do you want to be? - Citizen or Recruiter
Why do you want to be that rank? - Citizen only because I feel as if I will somehow mess up and go inactive for a while, losing staff rank. Recruiter also works because I can help the town grow in power but not do anything stupid with my powers. If I find more time on my hands I might want a promotion or something.
How much experience do you have with the commands of towny? - I was a town assistant in Pirates Cove, and I know how to use /plot commands.
How active are you in average on a day (Weekdays and Weekends)? -
Weekdays: 30 min to 1.5 hours
Weekends: 1-2 hours
What Rank are you in Noobstown? (Member, Guest, VIP, Supporter, Veteran, Moderator, Admin?) - Member
Will you help and maybe use your tokens for the town materials? - Without a doubt. I am a good resource gatherer and a sorta bad builder, so I could just stay in a hotel or something. As for V6 tokens I have nowhere else so spend them on, so I might as well use them for the town.

In the end... I don't want a snow biome near my town xD Just annoying as hell to always remove those snow things on the roads.

I think ummfredfelizco. Ever since I joined the server he has always tried to help whatever you ask him. He has helped many people, even if he has been a little quiet even though he also knew a lot of commands that always helped people. He also has been always active that he was quite noticeable. And... Well not much more :3
