when will the server update since my house will probably go away soon because i haven't been on lately.

Please update the server I updated because I wanted to know what was new I knew I could not be on Noobstown.

If you updated and knew that you coulden get on to the servern, the it may be your own fold, and ther can't just update the server, then need to wait on bukkit.

Took me a while to find but if you want to play on the server again simply follow these steps and dowload this
Link removed please refer to: http://minecraft.net/terms for more information regarding distribution of Minecraft files

For PC Users
1. Click the flag on the bottom left corner (start button)
2. Go down to the search bar
3. Type in %appdata
4. Click on .minecraft
5. Click on bin
6. Rename your old minecraft.jar to 1.4.6
7. Drag the recently downloaded minecraft.jar
8. Start up minecraft and play on your favorite server :)

For Mac Users
1. Click on finder
2. Go to the top right in the finder and slowly type in library and look for the folder with a little temple on it
3. Make a shortcut to that on your desktop then click on it
4. Go to application support
5. Click on minecraft
6. Click on bin
7. Rename your minecraft.jar into 1.4.6
8. Drag the new minecraft.jar into the bin folder
9. Enjoy playing on your favorite server :)

ill have to get it later since my mom put a filter on my computer saying im at that age to do you know what and it blocks everything i can barely get on this website but thanks

go to your minecraft 1.4.5 file open it and take the 1.4.6 file (with archiver programs) then transfer all the files from minecraft 1.4.5 to 1.4.6 then that how i downgraded

cause 1.4.6 didn't fix lag or anything it add new stuff that is why it is not compatible

New content is getting added, liek fireworks and new items.
It brings new item Id's, animations and scripts with itself, which ofcourse means that bukkit might not be compactible with it.
bukkit in fact makes other mods compactible in servers, and some (essential) mods cant be compactible with those new content until its updated.
