I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but be prepared for a silly question.  Do plot taxes get taken out automatically, or is it something that has to be manually done?

Town taxes would be automatically taken out, and the price is depending on the town 

Just like what R201A said but there are 2 different types of taxes plot taxs and town taxs plot taxes you get taxed for each plot you own town taxs you get taxed as a whole. They all are taken automatically from your bank if you don't have the funds you won't be able to build on the plots
