Hi, I am helping my son (quinngs) register and we made an email for him as an additional mailbox in my account. We are having trouble accessing the email (no idea why
) and can't confirm his registration. We also can't try a different email account because he has already applied with the first one. Can we start over so he can start playing? He now had a new email that he can access
