Disconnected by Server? Please Help.

I was in the mineing world and fell in a hole and suddenly it kicked me out saying " Disconnected By Server, Internal Server Error." I tried 5 times now to get back in and I get the same message. What do I do? Please help me.

Its happened to me too i've looked it up and all the solutions didn't work :/

Fatnoob mentioned something similar to this, it's caused by client mods that you might be using, for example TMI is one of them.
