How do you you make a town?

I am a proud resident of Oakvale, but I was wandering, how do you make a town? Please Reply in the comment boxes or mail me in game. Thanks!

I recommend reading some guides on Towny, it's not the type of plugin you can learn as you go, you need to know how to work plots, add/remove residents and basic purchasing/selling land. It costs 500k, but it's best to start it with around 650k at the lowest so there's money in the bank and to claim a few pieces of land.
