I'm really sorry (To Residents of OakHaven)
« on: 5 Apr 2012, 21:55:36 »
An argument occurred between me and the mayor (irshawz) it blew way out of proportion causing the mayor to rage into stealing all the money from the town bank, causing the town the crumble. The mods and Admins are currently sorting this out, hopefully something will be done to save OakHaven, if not - once again, I'm really sorry to all the residents for making you lose all your stuff.

The argument started because I asked him to be Mayor, if I didn't none of this would have happened. :/

Dan, your not the one who has to be sorry. I was on TeamSpeak during the event, an your request was blown out of proportion. As for the residents of Oakhaven, I wish you luck in your journey to safety.

@madcow I'm debating whether to make a new town or not, if I do your help will be greatly appreciated, thanks. :D

@Yorger Thanks Yorger, but their will always be that large guilt in my mind about this whole event. I am ultimately responsible for this mess.

Dan, in no way was this your fault. For no reason should he have destroyed all of those people's homes because of a simple question like that. If you need help rebuilding the town in any way, do not hesitate to ask, I would love to help.  :D

It's not your fault, Dann. And even if for some strange reason you think it is, we will always love you, boi.

O PLEASE we are like in secondary school.... if a town gets destroyed that is bad and dan it is not your fault so please don´t act like that. but this has also good things, new challenges a story is in this called:"the rebuild of oakhaven or maybe danhaven..." the stuff of the people who got lost is bad to but you got to see the good in everything even when it is really bad

Excuse me? How rude can you get! You've had experience in losing a town AND a nation, so I'm sure you know how frustrating it is. But when its a town of OakHaven's size it really DOES matter, your town and nation were small in comparison to OakHaven. So please, don't post on here if you don't have anything constructive or nice to say.

Hmm, comparing us to girls, great move :3. And maybe I place the blame one me because I deeply feel that it is my fault? I am not just attention seeking hoping everyone will go on my side, I'm not like that - if that's what you're trying to imply. I play Minecraft to have fun with friends and help people, but when something like this happens I can't have fun.

Thanks for your support Saxon, I'm extremely upset that he would destroy everyone's hard time and effort out of spite.

mate you cant even spell or type properly. FAULT not VAULT.

dan was helpful. i dont know him . im new. he seems polite and intelligent. you seem like a complete clown.
Seriously? DragonSlayer is 12 or 13 and English isn't his main language, you shouldn't judge people from how they spell or type.

Daniel, what DrayonSlayer was trying to say is you should look at the good things, not just the bad, you can have fun building a brand new town that suits your own opinions not having to worry about things like this in the future because your the mayor. DragonSlayer wasn't meaning any harm when he was posting, he was just trying to be positive.

Once again I have to agree with Jayjay. Maybe some of the energy used on the forum could be better used for the "rescue operation" instead of all this.

Look at the bright side, the whole problem started with the tought that people should be able to buy more than 2 plots in the city. If that rule had passed and the limit had been increased to 4 plotz, some people would have had the problem that there simply wouldn`t be 1 or 2 new plots available next to their existing houses.
Now the people who wanted to have more plots can start over with 4 plots right next to each other. So maybe is something good to be found in all this.
It`s sad about all the stuff that was lost but hey - it`s just the beginning of a new minecraft adventure. ;) And maybe "OakHaven 2.0" will actually be an improvment and not just a replacement for the old OakHaven.
