Joe decided that current map is ****.
And I've got to say I agree with him as will, and some may not.
Joe has decided to make a completely new world for us to restart on but he doesn't just want to delete the map like that, instead he is going to have a big event.  As you can see the towns of Noobscraft are slowly flooding but by the 22nd of this month all towns will be submerged in water and anything that does not have some sort of water protection is going to fall to ruin.  I sugest you start making your house floodproof.

Hope this answers your question :)

I suggest not wasting your time on water proofing. =P  If you want to be productive the last few days, go mine and make money because money/stats will transfer to the new server.  Its not fun at all, but at least you will be ready to buy land and build on v4 on the 22nd.  Waterproofing is pointless because Joe and just type /thru and make things worse for you.  So I say let him flood and just work your way around it if you need to get to your home.

The thing with the free plots is people who sign up on the town forums will get a free plot, so if you go to morningwood.freeforums.org and sign up, your first plot will be free.

Jon, as to the first plot being free, how much will adding 3 more to it cost? will it be the usual 15,000 as you said on the town's site? Or will it be 10,000, as you get one free? I am asking this because i want to make a 32x32 house, so the "first plot free " rule should make the expanded plot 10,000 for previous residents.

That is correct, 10,000.. But a 32x32 house seems like a bit much?  Are you going to have a garden or anything  or will it just be one huge house?

I have not decided, although it will probably have a tree farm. Expect a big amazing cube, kind of like magicman's one that had to be torn down, but it will be legal

Please not a cube.. That is just stupid, give your house some shape dude.  I want the town to look good. Not like a bunch of gigantic boxes with windows and a door..

OK, well not a perfect cube obviously, it will have a tree farm on the roof, and will have a balcony overlooking the street, with maybe a big radio telescope somewhere, but no, it will not be an eyesore, or a perfect cube. I meant that only in size, lke magicmans one that had to be torn down. You will not be disappointed, trust me.
