Planning new town 'Groozdale'

Hello I am planning on starting a new town, I have the funds just need the permissions.

We are going to have plots available to the community, an active market and many more things. We have chosen a sight and are underway planning what the spawn, market and for sale plots design.

Employment opportunities will be available when the basic town is set up.
looking forward to starting this amazing and LARGE construction project :D

Good luck with your town, and don't forget to always start when you have a spare 500k for town items and plots that your town has to annex. We started with 2.1 million in the bank, and we haven't ever run low on funds (10k for less). But don't get carried away, always keep at least 50k in funds in the town bank and you'll be good. :)
Never give up because you don't get any residents, always do your best and you'll eventually get some residents.
Always work hard and always stay strong!

And if you want to apply for a town, go to this link: https://www.noobscraft.com/general/town-applications/ Also, know the spot you want to put the town at. It can't be too close to spawn because it won't then claim your absolutely firstly. Tip that I didn't follow: Go far, far away from the spawn town area.
