If I remember correctly, Lawrence mentioned on a post that banned players don't get the quality of choosing what happens to their items, this might include towns, I'm not 100% sure.

If I can remember correctly buckie said on the my post about "what will happen to my town", he said to talk to a admin but it seems when I post on the forums I get a faster response (most of the time). So I have decided to do so. But hopefully I may choose who   gets the town.

Lawrence mentioned a while ago that if you are banned you don't get to chose who will have your town or have your items.

Your town assistants will have to decide who will be the mayor.
