Are we having Noobween when so many people are on 1.4 today?

I don't want to miss out on Noobween but I have updated to 1.4 and I think many people did the same so I am just wondering if we are still having all the festivities today.

The schedule was made, and we knew about 1.4. It's not our fault that people updated. The festivities will most likely continue, as we don't know when we'll be able to update.

damn ok i guess I will miss out and I was really looking forward to it :( and I hoped to get some emeralds for my tpwn spawn. I will try to degrade though.

You may want to check out MultiMC. It makes downgrading easy, and maintaining a specific instance for Noobstown is well worth the effort.

When we originally released the schedule we had planned to take into account the 1.4 update, however due to the large numbers of people who did update and so are currently unable to visit the server and attend events; we have decided to change certain events.

We have re-arranged a number of the events to be early next week because of this. As always it could end up changing again though if we don't have a stable version of 1.4 or if not enough people show up to it if we are still in 1.3 at that time.
