Hello, I am selling this town for 400k. Yup, farms (animals/crops) included. All I ask is you leave the current residents that are still there alone. You can only kick them for legit reasons like griefing, inactivity.

If you are interested do /t spawn castaway, look at it, and let me know if you are interested. If you are, I prefer you let me know in game but feel free to leave me a message here especially if you have any questions. Also, I know 400k is quite a lot, but I would prefer if you buy it, if you're interested, by Mid-Feburary. I'll only make exceptions if you are near 400k but just not quite there yet.
