Some people might already know but on the new 1.8 update there is only ONE strong hold on a map, It will be fun for everyone if they had some sorta race to find it :P

If it is possible and if i find it, i will make my town with it XD.

Well it would still be cool to get them, since its only that amount on a server that has about 21 people online most of the time

I say that stringholds be already explored and looted, then locked off. That way, no-one can ***** about someone being the only one to loot it.

Strongholds don't hold any valuable items except from paper and books from the library rooms - Thats all i've seen get looted from them, it wont be much fun just closing them up because that takes one new feature away from the new update, Don't ya think?

Iron, gold, seeds, and more can be found in a Stronghold.

Still say that we should just lock it off, that way any new members can't complain.

I guess so. just saying that it's unfair when ncertain people get to loot it and some don't.

Then again, I would LOVE to see people die by silverfish swarms.

Now that I think about it...

Well, that contest Geo held, with the castle and such (check the General section if you dont know), I'm thinking about building it out of silverfish blocks.

i think since there is a prob with the strong hold i think every one should have a chance to try at it you can go as a team and split every thing have better chance of beating it and getting less reward or go alone and get all the loot in other words there should be a topic on the forum to sgin up you by yourself of with a team listing every one on team and take turns exploring it and getting rewards seems far to me first coem first served

Tbh i think you would get more iron,seeds etc in a mineshaft.... So theres not really much value to strongholds!?
