We are currently looking for Moderators to cover BST, ACST however you can still apply and have a chance to join the Noobscraft Staff Team

This is the application where you apply to be a Moderator for Noobscraft. Being a Moderator includes daily duties of chat monitoring, answering ban appeals and reports, grief rollbacks, etc. This job requires a lot of dedication and you should not apply if you want to build.

WHY?: I'd like to help out, as a parent I understand the importance for a safe playing environment, as well as guidance and support.

EXPERIENCE: While I have no Moderation experience, aside from training myself around my daughter, through my work as a plumber/heating tech I do alot of work with the public, co-workers, and even other tradesmen.

ACTIVITY: I usually play for around 3 hours a day. The only time I couldn't play for a long while was when I went of a vacation. Becoming a mod would most likely increase my time of play on the server, due to the new responsibilities.

WHY?: Noobstown is one of my favorite servers, and I would love to be able to be one of the great people working on keeping it a safe, fun place for users. I try my best to help out all users, whether it is in need for items or need for labor. And as an experienced staff member, I think I will be great help to the server and its users.

EXPERIENCE: I have been mods on 2 servers, head-admin on one, and admin on two servers, I am experienced greatly in LogBlock and WorldEdit. I've had to stop several xrayers, and some without the assistance of LogBlock.

OTHER: I have Fraps, if I ever need to record something for the server. I also have Skype, if there is need for audio/text conversation.

Activity: I am online everyday (after school) from about 3:45pm/4:00pm until about 8:45pm/9:45pm (Maybe Later). If there's no school I will be on early in the morning from about 9:00am until about 12pm maybe. Then I will come back on at 2:00pm or 3:00pm until about 10:00pm or 11:00pm

Why: I want to be a Moderator because I love Noobstown and I think you and the other Admins have done a great job to this server and I would like to be able to help out people more and to help them with any of there problems. Also I always obey the rules and I know a lot about this server. I want to be a helpful and kind person of Noobstown and I think this would be an excellent opportunity for me to be able to help out the server more. I will always obey the rules (which I already do now!) and I will be kind to the players of Noobstown and if they're having trouble I will always help them out with their needs and answer any of their questions.

Experience: I have been an Owner of a server and an Admin on 2 other servers and a Helper/Moderator on another one.

Other: As stated above, I am a very helpful and kind person. I know a lot about Minecraft and Noobstown. I really enjoy playing on Minecraft servers and Noobstown. I'm a very simple person and have a great sense of humour also I'm very adventurous and creative, which could help out the server a lot, as I could help think of ideas to make the server even better.

Activity: For me, I start at about 5:00pm to maybe around 12:00am. I will try to be on everyday since it's summer break for me right now.

Why: Well first I love the community and it feels like I'm hanging out with my second family. I follow all the server rules and respect the Admins and Moderators, and don't forget the other players. If there was a problrm, I will try to find a solution to fix it. I can stop whatever I'm doing and help right away, depending on what I was working on. I promise I will be mature as possible as a moderator and stop troublemakers that may roam on this server. I can even try to make the server a better place

Experience: I have never been a moderator once, but I will and can learn. I've played on other serverd and help out some people who need assistance

Other: Nothing really, but I promise to be a great Moderator who can help out in the community. I love playing on this server and hanging out with friends here.

I normally come on after I am home from school. Once home, I normally play for the rest of the day until I go to sleep. If there isn't school, I will be online all day, unless I have other tasks to do.. (I am online around 10 hours a day mostly.)

WHY?
I would like to become a part of the Noobscraft team, as I feel I could handle misbehaving users. I used to be a moderator on another server, so I have knowledge of handling users and reports.
As I am on mostly everyday, I can track and hopefully stop exploiters, X-rayers, griefers, advertisers, and others that decide to break the rules.
I would also like this role to help Noobscraft stay friendly and fun. When there isn't a moderator on, and a user needs help, I always try my best to help them with their questions. If I become a moderator, I will put extra time into Noobscraft, to help it maintain being a nice place for families to feel safe.
I will work very hard stopping people from breaking the rules. If I do become a moderator, I will be moderating almost 24/7 as I am normally on 24/7. I know a lot about the servers plugins, and how they work, therefore I will know the answer for people who ask questions about how to use the plugins.
When a user is angry/upset I will help them try to cheer up, so then they won't try to break the rules or cause a scene. When a user breaks the rules, I will issue the right consequence needed for them, giving them the message that their behaviour is not accepted.
When they is an issue in Noobscraft - for example: An exploit or something like that - I will try and resolve the issue much as I possibly can. If I cannot fix the issue, I will try to contact a admin and get them to fix the issue instead.

EXPERIENCE:
I used to be a moderator on a healthy server, before it closed due to money issues, an admin told me I was good at being a moderator and helping other players.
That server that I use to be a moderator on had lots of users playing, they was up to 10-100 slots. And that's when I started to play another server (this one) and I have always enjoyed this server ever since I joined.
I would like to become a moderator to keep the server safe and to help prevent negative parts of the community.

OTHER:

I am very good at computers/other technology. It is very easy for me to try find out how things work. Etc- New computers/plugins and that other stuff. So If they're is another plugin that is very hard to use, I might get the hand of the plugin very fast, and help other users and make it so it's easier for them to get the hand of using the plugin.
I really love Noobscraft to bits. This is my best server I have ever played in Minecraft, and the players are very friendly, and nice to talk with.

WHY?: My interest in this role is because it seems that Noobstown could use a few more moderators on-line during certain (busy) hours to help the players. There is at times when I'm on that there's no mods on, and I would like to fill in that space assisting members with their questions. There are always new members on the server that have questions and wondering how this server works. Besides new members, I'd like to keep the family server family friendly, abusive behavior, foul language and such is something I'd like to help filter out. I also would like to make everyone's experience on the server the most enjoyable as possible. And I'm always trying to help anyone on the server that needs it. But, I would like to take a more active role on the server and assist the other moderators and admins.

EXPERIENCE: I use to be a moderator on a tiny server for me and my friends a few months back. I solved all their problems like someone taking their stuff, language issues, and helping them understand our server rules.

OTHER: I am always willing to help anyone. I will do the best I can to help the server out as much as possible, keeping gameplay fun for everybody. I enjoy playing on Noobstown very much and I am looking forward to assist players beyond the basic advise as I am currently trying to give them when there are questions. Why?: I am interested in becoming a moderator because I believe it would be nice for someone to help the guests and there troubles and also members and there troubles(not that i havent seen mods helping them its just sometimes pepole get impationt and leave becuas a mod is helping someone else). I have seen times were it has been me 10 members and 2 guests and one of the guests just starts spamming an ip and there is nothing I can do nothing to stop them. I would like to help be able to prevent this so that we don't lose members and more people can have a fun and enjoyable time.

Experience: I used to be a mod on a small server that was overcome from financial issues.

Other: I am an Eagle Scout and have learned leadership skills from scouts. I am a very sociable person and love talking to others I believe I am mature enough to take this position. I am also very active in Ts and forums

ACTIVITY: I'm on frequently and I plan to be on even more in V6. As of now I play around 2 to 3 hours per day, I plan to be on much more often in V6.

WHY?: I would like to be a part of the wonderful Noobscraft team because I want to help the server grow and prosper more and also to help take the stress off the mods we currently have with all of the talk of version 6 on the way they must be busy. Also I like to help people in general as a person out of game and I would like to be able to help the Noobscraft community even more.

EXPERIENCE: I Have been a mod/admin on 2 other servers, both of which closed. I currently own a town called Kingdom and I plan on opening a town in V6 as well, So I have much experience with towny and the server rules. Also, I have been on this server for over a year so I am used to how the server runs. Also, I am on the fourms very often.

OTHER: I think if I was given a chance to be a Mod then I would perform excellently. I will always be with Noobscraft!

WHY?: I would like to be part of the staff team that has kept me around for 2 years. I feel as if I could help moderate when there aren't mods online and when I feel people are being inappropriate in chat. I also think I could help with keeping other issues like griefs and chat spam down as well. I have been on the forums a lot and have quite a bit of experience with towny/most of the commands of the server.

EXPERIENCE: I have ran my own server, been mod on 3-4 other servers and have been playing Noobscraft for 730+ days. (over 2 years). I am exceptionally trained at /kick and /ban. Because of how long I have been around I am familiar with all of the commands that Noobstown has to offer to its community.

OTHER: If I were given a chance to show myself worthy I would definitely be able to show. I can be funny and will help cheer up others when chat is slow or when it is necessary. I have been excited to help others and hope you guys will consider me while reading through the applications.

WHY?:I would like to be a moderator for this server because I know it can be hard for people to get used to a new server and I would like to help them as much as I can to get them to like it and to stay in it and donate. Also I know that some people are childish and they like to cuss in a server where there is children playing and offend people that use bad language. I would like to be one of those people that has the authority to make them stop and try to control them.
EXPERIENCE:I have been a mod, admin, co-owner before. I've had to ban people because they didn't want to listen to me when I was admin. I've seen moderators abuse their powers and told the owner about it. I've also had spammers and client users join the game, I made sure that they never came back again.
OTHER: I'm a trusted teenager that just loves to play minecraft and help people enjoy their stay in the server that they play in

WHY? I've been on this server since November and I've grown to have a love for a lot of people on this server....I like helping people and giving the best advice that I can. I wouldn't be in it for the flying or the "power.." I'd be in it to help those who want to talk to someone they can trust. I know that a lot of the staff has been hard working on v6 and at times the server is lacking moderation and when it is I want to be the one who is there to take care of issues. For example, I'm on the server currently and I had someone ask if there was a mod/admin on and they went on to say that they've been waiting 4 days to talk to a mod to get a chest in their house unlocked, it's moments like that when a mod isn't on and hasn't been on in a few days where I wish I could help. I can feel the frustration because I've been through it myself...where I've needed a mod but nobody is there...I just want to help those who are frustrated and help them in any way I can.

EXPERIENCE: This being my first server, I don't have much experience but I was TA of DiamondCreek and am currently a TA of Shinto (Bushido).

OTHER: Thanks to the admins for making such a wonderful server. I hope to be considered.

Before, i have been active for a really long time for around 5-6hours average. I lately have Real life problems, making it hard for me to come back and stay active. But once i am done with those problems i am going to try and be online again for 5-6hours a day (in around a week i will be active again)

WHY?:
I want to be part of the Noobstown staff team because i think i would be really really helpful as a moderator. I know how to make bans and give proper reasons.. i know how to kick and give proper reasons.. but i also know many other things that are important, like the rules or commands. I also want to be part of the team to help the previous staff members that have helped me and repay the debt. I also want to be part of the team because lately I have been seeing the lack of Moderators online. But almost never in my time.

EXPERIENCE:
I have been a moderator on several servers and those weren't fake ones where you lie like "I am from PMC make me op." i did not do that. I have gotten my experience in a proper way. I do play on other servers than Noobstown but Noobstown is my all time favourite. I own a small hamachi server at the moment that i just share with friends. I am not that bad working in teams - i think , i might be selfish but i repay that debt right away.

OTHER:
I do know Noobstown now for quite a reasonable amount of time. After that time i have learned most commands also. I am more of a sneaky person than a straight forward one which can be positive and negative. I have been sadly inactive because of all the projects and exams i had in my school, so i will be active again by around V6. I want to keep the server clean and be fair with everyone.

EXPERIENCE:I was a owner of a server once. I also have gained Adminship on 2 other servers. I know almost all commands for WE and other plugins and just default commands for minecraft.

WHY?: Since you guys are trying to get V6 up and running you have lots of work to do and i like to help players with their questions. and to see if there not using any hacks or glitches to keep it stable. And to help with or think of upcomming events that will be held ingame to let the players have more fun here. Also to fill up the time when there are no outher mods online to help players.

EXPERIENCE: I have been a mod for almost a year on a outher server that went offline due to tomany minecraft updates and we lots tomany players couse of it. I did was the only mod with OP status. i knew the admins in real life and have been there with them to.

OTHER: The outher server went offline 8 months ago so i cant go back to it any more. i do know a few names of the admins there but i dont know if they still play minecraft for references. (i do have autisme and sometimes i can be to strickt to the rules)

Why? I think I would be a good part of the noobstown staff team/moderation team. I try my hardest to help our fellow noobs out will little jobs to maybe even big jobs. I like to help them to get the best In-game experience they possible can. As a VIP right now I help as much as I can/offer it would be great if I could see myself as a team member helping out our noobs and keeping our server safe and clean. I Also think I can take the responsibility and willing to become a mod.

WHY?: even though I have hopped around on lots of different servers, they have either gone down quickly, had no grief controll, or had bad mod service. I dont want that ever to happen to noobstown. one of the main reason is because I have noticed that usually when I am on there is an hour or so when no mods are there and I could fill that slot.

EXPERIENCE: I have had no experience other than the fact that when no mods are on like I mentioned, I am able to answer a lot of questions about the server and help get guests started.

Why? Why i think i should be moderator is because Im a very helpful person in my opinion and i like to fix situations that are not right and make them right. Noobstown is my favorite server and the only server ive played since ive joined it in January. So i dont want someone are something to ruin the server. I want to help it out and make sure it is a family server that everyone can enjoy.

Experience: Well this being my first true server after playing SSP for so long i dont really have experience but i can learn and pick up on things to help me out to do a job.

why: i want to help people with there problems when they occur because i love to help people. i also love to lead and guide people. i love to learn about mods and figure out and learn how to use them faster than most people. i have good communication skills and i know how to easily fix people's problems because i usually have these problems with minecraft. i know it must be hard to run the server and i want to help everyone with the difficulty and problems everything has. i would be a great moderator for this server and i know i can help anyone and everyone with there problems

experience: i have no experience with moderating but i always tell people to follow the rules and i never break a rule or instruction. i am very obedient and like to work on something i am doing till it is done. i am a extremely logical and a hard thanker. i believe i can help this server because i am very helpful. i have never once abused my power on anything i had authority over and i wish to join your server's moderator team.

WHY?:
I just graduated high school, there are literally no jobs available in my area, and I won't be starting college until the fall. I have nothing to do and it would be my honor to monitor such an organized server with such a defined and mature community. I would continue to moderate while in college, for the record.
EXPERIENCE:
Admin for two servers in the past, moderator for one. Have DM'd for years in games such as pen-and-paper Dungeons and Dragons, as well as made several forum games. I would be exceptionally skilled at hosting events or building minigames, such as the Monster Arena. (Already have some ideas for new classes for MA.) Also, my step-father was a GM for Au Bon Pan, and I often helped him respond to company complaints and such, pertaining to the 'Respond to ban appeals' section.
OTHER:
My memory is nearly photographic. My IQ level is in the top 2% of the world. I sleep approximately 5 hours a night and wake well-rested. I'm a great problem solver and good at finding solutions to glitches in programming or loopholes/'exploits' in server economy.

Why?: I've really connected with this server and really enjoy it! The people and staff here are extremely affable, and I want to join the team for the purpose of meeting and connecting with each person individually. One main purpose for this position is leadership. I greatly feel that becoming a moderator would help me attain this goal of leadership. I really would enjoy this responsibility and getting to become more included in this server. Getting a higher position in this server would be a great honor. I also take tons of pride in my work and would report and punish any person who does not follow the rules.
