Why you want this role:I want this role because: i new how i felt when i started and had no idea what to do, it made me want to leave the server but then i was helped by a mod and now spend time on the server everyday and that mod kept me involved and i found out how good the server is and i want to do that so people don't loose there experience on the server by not knowing what to do. Also i just enjoy helping people and do so already without being a mod, i help new people i say " hi need any help?"   
Past experience: i have no past experience as a mod because i never really fancied it but i have seen how many mods do there job i know what to do.

Why you want this role:  I've noticed a lot of times on the server there have been hours where there was not at least 1 mod on, or at times there is 1 mod on and that person gets slammed with grief reports and other matters from the residents.  Since I am on a decent amount of hours on the weekdays & weekends I figured I could fill the gap for when we have a low mod count on the server.  In addition, I'm a pretty easy going and friendly guy.  Always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that needs it.  Maturity is a big trait one needs to have when moderating a server and I definitely have that.  I do not choose sides when it comes to rules of the server.  If anyone breaks a rule (even if an in-game friend) they should be punishable for it.  In my mind griefing is griefing.  As our Mother's would always say, "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time..."  (Well my Mother at least). 

Past experience:  I was an OP for 5-6 months for a friends server about a year ago.  I also would bring up my private server when his server was down so people had a place to get their minecraft fix for an hour or two while his was being maintained.  That server ended when the funds stopped coming in to support the server.

Why I want this role: I want this role because I have a lot of ideas for the server I am also a kind and responsible young adult and griefers and spammers must be dealt with I also want this role because I have seen times where there has been no mods or admins online I also am willing to work out any problems with the other players an to hear everyones story I am extremely disciplined because my family is in the military and have a cousin in Iraq as you read this.

Past: I was an admin on my friends server that went dead a long time ago and he said I was the most responsible admin he had seen in years

Why you want this role:
This is a quite funny question.
There is much to say about why I want the role and I understand if I do not make me interesting for you, since I only been a member of the website in a few days.
I helped create the largest server and helped them climb to the top but then we went out of business because the owner did not pay the server bills and things like that.
During the time I was with, I learned a lot about MySQL, BigBrother, LogBlock, HawkEye and all other important and "Normal" plugins and learned how to collaborate with people and respond to all in a nice way no matter how tired and grumpy as I was in real life at the time.
I love to help and to feel like an important and helpful part of a whole piece.

Past experience: Played Minecraft for 3-4 years, Moderator on several servers and have my own server.

Why do you want this role: people are often getting griefed, but not help. I want to help people when bad things happen, and make this a grief-free server. My friend made an amazing house, and it got griefed. Nobody helped him, and he had to rebuild the part that got griefed.

Why you want this role:   At times I see moderators get overwhelmed with questions about Noobstown or reports of grief. Usually there are few (0-1) moderators online when I am logged in, more if I am staying up late. However, I hope I could help maintain the family-friendly atmosphere that has made this server flourish into what it is today. In conclusion, I would like to give back to Noobstown and it's community. There have been many joyous moments for me here on Noobstown thus far, and my goal is to keep them coming for all of us.
Past experience: None just yet to be absolutely honest. Although it is opportunities like this that I seek to change it.

     Greetings Noobscraft!

    After much consideration, (and a few pokes and prods from fellow members) I have decided to apply for Moderatorship.  I have been a leader in a few on line gaming guilds, a youth leader for a church, a father, and a grandfather for the past 10 years of my life.  These positions have tempered my patience and given me a much different perspective and outlook on why people do things the way they do. As with any group of people, be it children, adult, or senior, troubles will arise.  It was my job to handle these troubles in a manner that kept everyone calm, and solved the issue, rather than just 'laying down the law'.  I feel with a server built and governed in such a wonderful manner as this, your current moderators and Admins fill this role perfectly, and such a mentality is needed not only to keep the server as friendly and inviting as it is now, but also to make sure everyone's game experience is the best it can possibly be. 


     Why do I want to be a moderator?  Why would ANYONE want to be a moderator?  The amount of troubles one must deal with can be overwhelming.  Having to tell another player they are no longer welcome on the server because they chose to ignore the rules can be heartbreaking not only to them, but to the one that has to tell them, "I'm sorry, but no"  It's not an easy task, regardless of what it may look like on the outside for someone who has never been in a position of leadership.  I suppose leadership is the wrong word here.  Being a servant of the populace seems to be a more fitting description.  I would like to take up this position to assist those wonderful admins and Mods who have worked so hard to keep the server running smoothly.  People today need this kind of environment to remind them that there are good games out there for people looking to be social and have a good time without all the grief and ugliness the world can throw at you in other games.

     I'll stop writing a 1000 page book now and conclude with this.  To those who apply like myself, be sure you understand what you're asking for by becoming a moderator.  Even if you are not a moderator and just a regular member; Patience, kindness, and understanding how the other person feels will get you further in life than wishing for a giant ban hammer to smack them in the face.  Thank you for your consideration of my application.

EDIT:  Forgot to state my hours played per day.  I'm usually on around 10 hours give or take a few everyday.  I am frequently afk during the noon hours as I must check on the baby however.
